Brilliant service! They turned up on time, did the job quickly and were friendly and respectful throughout. It was a much easier process than hiring a van and putting the stuff into storage separately. Also there were three of them and they didn’t require me to help so the service is really excellent if you can’t or don’t want to do the heavy lifting. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic service. The three loaders managed to get the contents of our 3 bed house into the pods within a couple of hours. They were friendly, efficient and were really careful not to damage the property when moving heavy furniture. I’ll definitely recommend them to others.

John and the driver team went above and beyond to be sure my questions were answered and needs were met! I had complete understanding of the costs and requirements before hiring easy storage and they even stayed late to be sure my account was set up correctly. Pickup was simple and adding items to my unit after pickup was relatively painless! I would highly recommend using easy storage for moves or storage of items!

I received a curtesy call the day before from Richard who was dealing with my collection. He gave me a 2 hr slot of 11-1pm and told me that he would call the following day 30 mins before arriving, which was very helpful. On the day of collection I received a call at 10.30 and they arrived at 11. Very helpful and cheerful men who packed my pallet. I was still packing but they worked around me. They were pros at packing. Don’t think they could have squeezed anything else in. Would definitely recommend them again. Pain free quick service. They forgot to take their front door cover which I was willing to drop back to the site but they turned around and came back to collect. They also didn’t use an armchair cover which I suggested and they refunded me the cost. I also got an email after charging me extra for insurance which they quickly called and told me should not have happened and they will reimburse me for this also. Could not have gone any better. Very pleased indeed. Thank you
