Excellent customer service from a gentleman called Raymond. I was frustrated when a mover did a no show. Raymond organised my entire move in 15 mins! Movers came the next day ..very courteous and very careful and fast. Highly recommended!

I cannot fault at all the fantastic guys who came and moved my belongings for me. Kept me up to date with everything and were quick, friendly and efficient.
My only complaint (and the reason they don’t get full marks) is that I was told the week before that my piano was a specialist item which isn’t covered by them. I understand why, however a piano was included in the options when working out space needed and so this felt a little misleading.
Otherwise I cannot stress enough how fab this company is. I would definitely use again!

I was greeted by two very polite gentleman, who were extremely helpful friendly, sorted all my personal items neatly in the pod , and wasn’t phased by the pouring rain, I was very pleased and would recommend them.

Very friendly driver and staff (5 starts). I only give easy storage company 3 starts as the extra hours of moving is hidden costs for the customer. It takes longer than I expected (3 hours). I believe that easy storage should offer free removal assistance.

Quick and efficient team, but didn't have appropriate tools to safely bring my American size fridge freezer out, and they caused some mild damage to the flooring at the entrance (which was due to be renewed anyway) and at the woodwork of the door.

Andy and Jake were an absolute pleasure and so helpful. They moved me out of my home and made a difficult situation so much more bearable and I was delighted to have them again on the return of my stuff to my new home!!
