Dave phoned me at 8.30 to say they would be arriving at 9.30 and they did. So it was Dave and Alan and they were friendly, efficient and professional. All finished very promptly. So all round the excellent service a and will use again and recommend 😀

Loaders Alex and Andy turned up early and were initially shown round the items for storage in 2 pods. They took care prepping the house using soft coverings on the doors and hallway. They simply got on with the loading - no fuss, they were safe and cautious with delicate items and were a friendly team. Doors needed removing to allow lagre sofa move through the house - again all very smooth. They kept me informed of the time leading into the second hour and I was impressed with their stacking skills, taking care by covering delicate items with blankets. All in all they made a busy day less stressful and it all went very smoothly. Professional service that I would definitely use again. Thanks to the crew for their easy going attitude and hard work. My wife and I were extremely grateful for their efforts.Thanks again.

Our two storage delivery and packing experts
Charlie and Russell were nothing short of amazing. They arrived early but waited patiently while we finished up. Then packed our storage pods without stopping until everything was expertly packed like a giant game of Tetris. They were thoughtful understanding, efficient, professional and expert. Cannot rate highly enough.

My experience of easystorage.com so far is excellent. The staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. In the morning that my goods were to be picked up, the staff kept me informed of their progress. The man who came to collect my goods was friendly.

We had a fantastic service from easyStorage in what was a most stressful time organising a house move two days before the Stamp Duty holiday tapering off at the end of June.
We would not have been able to complete if it wasn't for easyStorage.
Particular mention of Richard & Ben who collected the contents and ensured no damage with their loading organisation.

However, I had to pay for extra time which is fine and they took payment. But I am due a refund for a 3rd loader that didn't arrive on the day and I am still waiting for a refund.

I was so impressed with the outstanding service provided by this firm from start to finish. I have used this removals outfit before (the Easystorage franchise in Scotland), and as before the guys who handled my move today were helpful, courteous and extremely hard working. The driver showed impressive reversing skills too having to navigate an 18 tonne truck round a tight corner. Thank you to all the Glasgow based team at Easystorage, especially Tariq who has been so helpful and easy to communicate with. I would thoroughly recommend Tariq and his team for all your storage and removal needs.
