The two young men who collected my storage items were very pleasant, helpful and polite and worked extremely hard and efficiently. I couldn’t fault them in any way.
The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is because I think the pricing should be more transparent and clearly stated on the site rather than having to enter your details to get a quote. My first quote said the charge for collection and loading was £70 per hour and then when I booked online just a week or two later that had gone up to £90. However, other than that irritation i highly recommend Easystore 👍🏼

Used easystorage to store the contents of our flat while it was being renovated. Both the removal of our items and the returning of them was excellent and the items returned in perfect condition. The movers, Sam and Chris were spectacularly quick and careful with our items. They even helped us remove a door to help get a sofa in. 10/10 service, would recommend to anyone.

We used their services as we are moving house. It was much cheaper than removal companies. Offered a great service and we're very professional. The 3 man team of Gary, Chris and Tariq were amazing. Great job and everything was taken care of in a professional and friendly manner. Definitely recommend them and will use again in the future. 5 stars.

Fantastic collection service from easyStorage this morning! Alex and Jay did a brilliant job of organising the pod and managing to fit all my belongings in. They handled all items with a great deal of care and were extremely respectful at all times. COVID precautions were taken and the service was swift, efficient and considerate. It was a 1st class experience, moving my 84 year old mother from Norfolk to Essex was never going to be an easy job. From the lady on the phone who organised everything to Kevin and Richard who were so good polite and patient with my confused mother and explaining and showing her that everything was packed safely.
Would I use easy storage again, 100%

I had the contents of a three bedroom basement flat carrried out by them. The stairs in and some extremely heavy items made the move difficult. When they had assessed what was needed, they phoned their base and extra men came out to carefully lift the heavy furniture out, and an extrely heavy vibra plate exercisers. They protected everything, wrapped it carefully, bagged up all the rubbish so that the premises could be handed back to the landlord. Thank you for Great Service. Lovely and polite staff whio even washed uo teh coffe cups !
