Less than an hour to pick up all the stuff, and took the time to review the storage limitations as well as the collection, addition or inspection services.
Both Lee and Sam were friendly and personable. Most importantly they were efficient and confident in their handling of my prized possessions.

Great, The easy store loaders arrived a little early-after notifying me to let me know-which I was more than happy with and we got it loaded into the pod in 21 mins! Easy from start to finish, a very professional and helpful team....thank you.
Would recommend and use again if necessary. Great to have excess stored ready to sell flat without a lot of stress.
A tip: I did need to change the Collection time after making my original booking and didn’t get a response from the two emails I sent however, after resorting to the the chat feature on the website someone phoned me back straight away and was very apologetic about the missed emails, I certainly felt that I was just unlucky rather than this being a normal procedure. It was also during the Christmas period so I think is understandable.

We originally went with easy storage because the price was really good compared to other removal and storage places. The team of 2 movers arrived promptly, were very friendly and professional and communicated well throughout the day. They did an excellent job of getting everything dismantled and packed. The only reason we’re not giving 5 stars is because we ended up not having enough storage pods, which meant my husband and I had to take more time off work to go back on another day and move quite a bit of stuff in to friend’s garages, which is a shame because it would have been good to just get it all in one place. We did go through the contents of the house with the call handler on booking, who estimated 2-3 pods, but turns out we’d have needed 4 pods. I guess it’s hard to get it right when you can’t see how much stuff there is! We would definitely recommend easy storage, but maybe err on the side of getting an extra pod just in case, as you can just get it refunded if it’s not needed.

I would thoroughly recommend this company - they arrived on time to collect the items I needed to put in storage and worked efficiently to pack everything away. When I was ready to have items returned they arrived early but not before checking that was convenient and again worked efficiently to deliver all my items back again.

Collection was very quick and efficient! The two helpers were very nice and did a great job. Took less than one hour, so the cost stayed at the £70 for collection.
For me personally this type of storage is much more cost efficient and convenient than some of the self storage options as you have everything included and just need to pack up your things - had my doubts at first due to the low cost option (and the quality of easyjet ;)) but I definitely recommend this service for anyone looking for a reasonably priced storage option at ~£80/month!

Lovely chaps came and respectfully moved keepsake boxes to store in the pod until my American sibling can sort once she can travel post Covid. An incredibly heavy bed was also moved to storage: they made it look like Andy-gloss. Thank you for a great move!

The collection went alright. When it came to delivering to my new home, whilst I had a lot of boxes, going from a larger home to a smaller one, there was one man and two younger lads. They said that the four single wardrobes, two with mirrors would not go up the stairs. Family, one member who had helped his father in a removal company said they should but they would not take them upstairs.
They were put in the garage, and I could not unpack all my clothes for. Ten days later my daughter and her partner both aged 60 yrs of age, travelled a long way and took the doors off and manoevered them into their respective rooms, and put the doors back on. It took 1.50 hours in total,the family do not move furniture as. Job, but for so called professionals, it should have been easier. Not happy to have to wait all that time to get straight and get a change of clothes.
Also my fireplace slightly marked

The boys were so friendly, been stressed about this, no more. They took very good care of my fragile items, pictures and mirrors and wrapped them well.
I had more space in my pods so was able to get a lot of things in, I was worried I would need to store extra bags at my friends home. The boys said they would be there when we move to our new home, to help thanks Tariq and Garry, brilliant service Glasgow
