The staff that attended the pick up of furniture was very transparent , extremely knowledgeable as well as friendly. The staff that took the furniture cared about the belongings that was going the pod.

I had a fantastic and efficient and great delivery today. My things were delivered (having been collected and in storage for about 6 months). Jaime and his assistant were right on time and really careful with everything. I highly recommend them.

The removal guys were extremely courteous, helpful and understanding - they moved the items quickly, they were accomodating with requests from me on the items being moved. They certainly made sure I'll use easy storage again, a great credit to the company

What can I say…. an amazing experience with these guys, from booking with them was so easy, friendly staff and so helpful. On the day of pick up… they were on time and ready to go. Picked up all my stuff at my storage place and placed into the pods super quick. Jerome, Bradley, Trevor, Alex and Chris amazing guys. 10/10

Very positive experience, would recommend. Great customer service throughout. Toran was happy to help with any questions we had prior to the move. Our movers, Stephen and Richard were also great. They were very polite and professional and took great care with our items and not to mark any walls etc.

Well done Easy Storage! Richard and Paul did a great job. Their customer service skills included clear communication, friendly efficiency, and calm problem-solving teamwork. Richard explained the next steps to access the pods at their new destination and ensured I checked the placement of items in the van.

Gavin and Darnell, arrived on time, extremely polite, protected my property during the moving of furniture and boxes. Took time to access what was going off site, before carefully loading it into the pods in the most efficient way.

We first engaged their services when we decided to move our family business from the Netherlands to the UK and needed to store our machines while we finalised the lease on the premises we ended up using for our shop. They were super helpful and attentive on that occasion, so we decided to engage them again when we had to close the business two and a half years later.
Closing the business was extremely emotional and difficult for all of us. The fact that Gavin provided his services with professionality, calm, and understanding of my grief was extremely invaluable.
The machines were safely removed from the premises by him and his workers and were well looked after whilst in storage. Gavin and Marcia were very patient and helpful whenever we were able to sell an item we had in storage and the buyer would attend the site to pick up their purchase.
