The Company’s name reflects their service. Richard and Callum contacted me a few days in advance to confirm everything was in hand and again on the morning of collection to confirm their ETA, they arrived on time and were helpful, efficient and friendly.

I opened an account with easyStorage in the early part of this year and had excellent service from James who dealt with my questions on the telephone and assisted me in setting up storage in Bexhill on Sea. I took storage for a year. My good are in store, all the connections work and I'm happy with the service. However, when the initial information documents were sent to me they went into my SPAM folder. I didn't find them for several days, and when I went to set up my personal online account the time period in which I could set up a password for the account had expired. As I understand it, the account exists (and easyStorage took payment for one year) but I cannot access the account. James in the office referred me to the general number, someone answering the phone at the general number passed me on to Technical Help, and the woman/girl at Technical Help was dismissive, not interested, and told me to send a screen shot of the account (an account which I cannot access) to 'info'. I did this as well as I was able, but have had no response whatsoever. So easyStorage has my money (one year prepaid), my goods are stored, but I cannot access my online account. And no one is interested in helping. Very bad customer service.
UPDATE as of 6 MARCH
After just over two weeks -- and this bad notice -- I had a response from easyStorage the very next day and Lo, the Problem was Solved. It was solved with courtesy and good grace, and what's more the solution was something I was able to do myself. The people helping seemed to be very nice, and so the only remaining criticism is the amount of time it took, and the lack of communication at the start. An acknowledgment of my original email would have been sufficient -- but in the end I got a positive result from helpful staff.

We couldn’t have asked for better service. Richard and Steve were extremely efficient, thorough and professional. We used Easy Storage in Hertfordshire first to store some of our belongings before we moved up to the North East. Stephen and Richard mentioned they also could help with the move up North and we were more than happy with the entire service provided. They were very friendly and did an excellent job with the move. Mehmet & Brian were fantastic, they made the process so very easy! They gave plenty of warning on when they would be arriving, and were super quick and careful with my possessions. They were super free and made the stress of moving, that little bit less. On the return Bradley, jerome & Adrian were equally fantastic, and even had to put with the rain and more stairs.
