Excellent pickup and load service. The team of 3 (Darnell, Stelian and Catalin) were incredibly efficient, polite and professional. Absolutely first class. I arrived from a flight at 10:00 am and due to train strikes, I had to wait for a bus which took a long time... I called easyStorage to inform them that I will be late for the delivery and they helped me by moving the delivery slot 20 minutes after the original time. That was a lifesaver for me as I have arrived at my place exactly 20 minutes late and I managed to make it on time for the delivery. Lenny, Jon and Hammad were the crew for the delivery and they helped me take all the boxes to my room. They were incredibly helpful, kind and understanding and I would like to thank them for the great help they gave me. Overall it was very easy to do the entire moving and storage process while being abroad.

Top service: The easyStorage guys (Carl & Tyrone) were patient, caring, kind, considerate, careful, helpful, reassuring, 'extra mile' guys....And they reversed what must have seemed like a mile, to exit the property, so great driving skills too!

Richard and his team were hard working & careful with my house clearance items, and with good communication throughout the process. I had to make another booking and they were able to fit this in at short notice, no fuss even though it was early evening !

Thanks to Gavin, Darnel and Vernell I had the easiest (no pun intended), smoothest, most professionally executed return of my treasured possessions from storage in Croydon. I have used a few other storage companies in London, and by far EasyStorage has been the best (note: possibly isn't good if you need regular access to your items but speak to customer service - they are very helpful!). Customer Service is very good, easy to deal with. Gavin and his crew were a dream: Gavin called to let me know exactly when they would be coming and they were right on time. Darnell and Vernell took very good care unloading my things and moved items exactly where I needed them without any hesitation -- all with a smile! Highly recommended: I used them during a house move and renovation. Perfect service!

The staffs who collected my parcels and then returned my parcels were genuinely helpful and kind. They helped me put my parcels in my flat which is on the 3rd floor and where the lift is broken. All my parcels were still intact with no broken stuffs. So overall, it was really great and I am sure I’ll be using EasyStorage again in the future!
