From the moment I contacted the company they were so friendly and accommodating. My plans changed unexpectedly and needed some storage with a collection within two days. It was sorted out with ease and the price was so good and the 3 lovely people who came to pick up all my furniture really were brilliant and friendly. It’s really made my life so much easier. Overall I'd say I had an amazing experience with easy storage. The team of Mehmet, Jerry, Rylie, Yusuf, John and Tony were very friendly and very careful with my stuff and had a good laugh talking to them all.
The only dampener would be the experience with management. There was a small mistake by the customer service staff who quoted me for 1 van less than they should have and when I tried to get management to call me to come to some agreement on the price or agree to the price I was originally quoted they instead thought it's best to cancel my booking less than 24 hours before my pickup was supposed to happen and only tell me at 5:30 in the evening close to closing time.
This made me very stressed as I had no one else I could go to and no one else had availability. Thankfully the team mentioned above and customer services came to the rescue and worked tirelessly to ensure my pickup went ahead as originally scheduled.
Personally I think the management are disgraceful and heartless and think they should be replaced as the floor staff literally saved the day and were honestly the best people I've met in a while and easystorage should consider themselves incredibly lucky to have such great staff.

Darnell, Boris and Gavin were upbeat, polite and super efficient. The intermittent rain didn't even fluster them! I would absolutely recommend! The only negative is that they turned up at the end of my time slot which meant I had to rush to work.

Team was brilliant on both the pick up and drop off - Darnell & Vermell were on both jobs and we super professional but very friendly too. Well lead by Gavin on the drop off, very courteous with keeping me up to date with timings etc, very smooth and relaxing experience considering the stress of moving into a new house

Absolutely amazing! The best experience with a storage company. They packed our 2 bed flat in 2 easyPods in under 1.5 hours.
