Extremely amenable to last minute changes of plan. Prompt and polite correspondence from initial contact with the office, punctual arrival, careful with carrying, loading and packing items onto the containers. Second time using the business and I would highly recommend their removal and storage services above other services within the county.

I don't have my own car, so easy storage was the suitable option for me because they provide collection and delivery from my address. They provide their own van and loaders. The van itself is free, I only pay for loaders time and pay for mileage if I exceed the free mileage area. During the delivery of my items on 27/05/2023, Mehron, Danelle, and Olly were excellent. They arrived earlier than the expected 11 am time. They parked close to the flat building. They carried the things from the van to the flat efficiently and safely. I did not have a large storage unit, so my items were carried into my flat in 1 hour exactly. Everything was done quickly, and smoothly. The building's communal area was left clean. I got a 50% discount in the first 3 months, and then a 25% discount for the remaining period until 28/05/2023 (insurance cost on top of the discount).

I was lucky enough to have 2 extremely professional, kind and compassionate, caring and respectfully considerate members of staff who listened to my concerns and have advice that helped remove any fears or concerns I may have had. They were extremely punctual, intelligent and humorous individuals with a vast wealth of knowledge and kindness to boot. I was very happy with the service I received. They were caring and considerate to other members of the driving public as well as neighbours etc. I would thoroughly recommend their services. OUTSTANDING!

First time user of a storage facility and the booking was easy to do. On the day Lenny and Samson were fantastic. They filled the pod quickly - amazing to watch them fit everything in. Excellent, professional service yet again. On the return of my storage items, I received continued great service and support. This was from booking the return delivery, to be contacted to confirm time, to the final en route call with eta. Richard who collected my items, and his team, also completed the return delivery, and again, the whole process went smoothly. I cannot fault the service and would definitely recommend easystorage.
