The pick up drivers were absolutely wonderful, both were extremely polite, friendly, on time and made sure I was updated on their arrival throughout the day. It also took them only around 10 minutes to load all of my stuff to their van which is impressive. Too bad I didn’t ask for their names but I believe one of them is named Tim! They were good and was gonna leave them a good revuew until today. I gave them a number to call today when they areive and called them twice before today last week to confirm and they said yes and yet they still had not changed my number so called someone else and got everything wrong so i was very late and it ended up affecting my whole day plans and ruined an important day and plans for me. Honestly i would stay away as their admin and office team are extremely bad at communicating and just pointless only good thing about them is their low prices thats all. Cheap service!

All interactions with the company were pleasant and helpful, starting with the online chat. I was told that someone would contact me the next day and they did. When we unexpectedly needed packing service at short notice this was easily arranged. We asked for an early collection time and this was accommodated. The only slight glitch was the collection team was expected at 9.00 am and didn't arrive on time but when I phoned to enquire my query was dealt with politely and efficiently, with the company phoning my daughter who was waiting for the crew to bring her up to date. The team turned up at the new time and collected our things efficiently.

Wow! That’s the first thing that comes to mind when I think of Easystorage. I had to arrange storage for my family home after 44 years as my mum is downsizing.
Rahim from Easystorage got in touch with me on a Sunday and arranged it all at a fantastic rate (much cheaper than anywhere else I looked into). Then Ed who runs the facility that would store our stuff messaged me on a Bank holiday Monday and finalised all the details.
I received all the email confirmations and Ed was in touch the day before the ensure all was going ahead as planned. He stayed in constant communication and gave me options to suit our timetable. Ed and another member of the team were very prompt and managed to load all of our items in 30 minutes (and there were a lot of items). After they closed up our container we realised we had some bedding to add and they kindly opened up the unit again to fit it in.
Both Ed and his colleague were so kind and helpful. I genuinely cannot believe the service we got especially given how reasonable they are compared to competitors.
I can 100% recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. Fantastic!

During the service there was ample confirmation that all the goods were safely delivered to the truck and that the handling was done with care. The boxes were so heavy that I was unable to lift them, thanks to Alex and Paul for their enthusiastic service.

The guys called with a time but came earlier than they said, which was great. When they arrived they said I wouldn’t need what I paid for, ie I only needed one pod when I requested two.
The team, Lenny and Samson were polite and courteous, took care of everything and made sure we had everything before they closed the Pod.

What a great company and equally fab staff. Thanks to the folks behind the scenes and to Ollie, Alan (and anyone I’ve forgotten!) for bringing my belongings home today, and for making the painful process of having to store all my lounge contents with this company for 3 months due to a Thames Water leak so much more bearable! Punctual, fast, efficient, mindful and courteous. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend and would definitely use them again (but hopefully I won’t have to!!) Thanks easyStorage!
