Great value for an efficient service from Kyle, Nati & Chris for my removal & storage request in East London to allow property renovations.
Arrived on time with a call prior and handled some larger furniture items with some limited space and into the 3 large storage crates. The onward process was explained, hopefully similar experience upon return.

This was the second time I used easyStorage and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I was lucky to get two of the same movers who helped me before - Hammad and Jerry - who were absolutely brilliant. Alex, Paul and Paddy were all fantastic. I really appreciated them trying to fit all our belongings in the pods and their advice when things were too tight, they were so kind to sort out an extra pod for us by bringing a spare van. They were really friendly and I hope that we may be lucky enough to get them as a team for our move into new house. Thanks again to these three !

Service from Easy Storage is highly dependent on which branch you choose. Devon/totnes branch and Tom is excellent, he goes above and beyond and has the customer in heart/mind through the whole process.
Dorset/Poole branch, however, is mediocre at best - watch out for arrogance, hidden fees, and lack of accountability.
If you’re in Dorset I would look for another company.
