The Customer Agent was excellent. Followed up with me when he knew I was busy and very quickly walked me through the process and payment set up.

Great experience with Darnell, Pete and Gavin - they handled all my stuff with ease and got everything carefully packed in to the pod in under an hour. The pod was then sealed in front of me. Thanks again guys!

Simply outstanding service, I highly recommend you use easyStorage in South Wales. Tyrone and Karl (owner operators) are incredibly knowledgable, hardworking and compassionate. They went over and above what one would expect of a service like this and helped in any way they could. I was storing the contents of three bedroom house which they organised and executed with zero issue. I am delighted that we chose to use easyStorage and have full peace of mind that our furniture and belongings are in great hands.

Excellent storage company, collection was easy and great advice on size requirements with plenty of options available. Insurance available at an extra cost, however I didn’t use this as I was storing personal property with only sentimental value. My property was stored for around 16 months and was returned undamaged. Fast and easy return with everything unloaded and placed in my garage (my choice). Friendly and helpful throughout. Would have no hesitation in recommending easy storage.
