The whole experience was absolutely fantastic. Les and his colleague ( I think his name is Tim) were incredibly professional, they treated every item with a huge amount of care, they wrapped up the front door to make sure it didn’t get knocked in passing and as it was raining they put covers in all the carpets to ensure these stayed clean. I asked them to put things in specific rooms and they were happy to oblige, which made my job of unpacking, etc much easier.
It was the same when they came to pick up everything 6 months ago. I didn’t have the boxes for things like the TV, computer, etc and they ensured everything was wrapped up and stored safely.
I had to contact their customer service team as the direct debit increased but shouldn’t have. As soon as I called them they realised it was a mistake and sorted it all out. They were also happy to change the delivery date due to a last minute change in circumstances. They even agreed not to charge me, even though they were within their right to do so. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service I received. Thank you!

The guys at EasysStorage were brilliant, arrived on time and completed a difficult job moving some large furniture from a top floor tenement flat and taking it off to be stored for a few months while we do some refurbishment work.
Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move some furniture into storage and I’m sure the return visit will be just as slick.

Absolutely brilliant service. The drivers called an hour ahead to confirm arrival time, no fuss about parking the van, came straight up and quick and easy no hassle loaded everything, made helpful suggestions about what more I could fit and were speedy, courteous and polite. The booking and collection was seamless, the pod size so much bigger than expected and the two guys that came to load up were so helpful and cheerful, a real credit to your company. I booked this to cope with all the stuff stored in our loft so that we were free to concentrate on packing our household stuff ready for moving day and it was such a load off of our shoulders. If the return goes as well then I will be very very happy. Highly reccomended.

Ed and his team from the Chelmsford facility came to collect our possessions due to a house renovation that will take c. 6 months. I can't speak to the returns but the collection went very well - it was easy to book, they were extra punctual, loaded very efficiently and carefully and were very helpful throughout.
I really like that once everything is loaded into the pods, they get sealed and stored; no need for further unloading in a storage place (unlike self storage facilities).
I also over-ordered pods (6) and only needed half in the end. They refunded me the difference promptly and didn't create any problems.
So far, very happy.

We received excellent service from easyStorage. Only in a few days the items have been collected. The guys ('Hammod Jerry and Godfred) who came to pick up were absolutely efficient and quick. The items were taken straight into a pod placed inside the van so you can see your stuff before they close it. Brilliant service! I can only recommend easyStorage.
