First time user of a storage facility and the booking was easy to do. On the day Lenny and Samson were fantastic. They filled the pod quickly - amazing to watch them fit everything in. Friendly manner and helped move a couple of other items as well. They made the whole experience much less stressful.

Excellent, professional service yet again. On the return of my storage items, I received continued great service and support. This was from booking the return delivery, to be contacted to confirm time, to the final en route call with eta. Richard who collected my items, and his team, also completed the return delivery, and again, the whole process went smoothly. I cannot fault the service and would definitely recommend easystorage.

We moved our items into storage while inbetween houses. I received a call the evening before to advise of an arrival time and then again on the morning of 30mins before. Richard and Steve were absolutely excellent, they were friendly and efficient and we just kept out of the way while they worked. I can't comment on the return and unloading of items yet but the pick up was a great experience in the middle of all the stress of a move.

Darnell and Lee have been great. They called me well in advance to let me know if the exact time they would arrive, they came in time, they unloaded everything in 30 minutes and left. Easy! I only interacted with the younger one who was friendly and nice. Generally the experience with Easystorage was straight forward and great.
