The booking process was very smooth and I was very satisfied with the level of communication before the pick up. Lenny and Daniel arrived on time and were very professional and quickly took everything away and stored them nicely in the pod. I have moved many times but they definitely made this one a very easy experience.

The customer service was excellent from the moment I first made a tentative call to find out about storage through to collection and packing of my possessions into the pod. Moving and packing are stressful but EasyStorage were so helpful and experienced. Everything was carefully explained. There is plenty of contact. The drivers arranged a time with me and called the day before and also on the morning of the move. They bring a big van with three pods and spare packing materials and were happy to pack things when I had run out of packing materials, and so cheerful and friendly. They also packed the pod with experience and care. I would highly recommend EasyStorage. They understand customer service and helped take the stress of moving and needing temporary storage off my mind. Thankyou!

What made my experience great was Jamie Pete and Ollie! These professional helpful men kept us informed about the time they would deliver. When they arrived they delivered my daughters belongings with care. They were hard working and intelligent in their approach to getting furniture into the flat. They are a credit to the company! I couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Thank you

I did a lot of research to find the best value storage service and Easystorage definitely came top. The EasyStorage office people were also very helpful and spent quite some time on the phone with me.
