I made a last-minute booking less than 24 hours and sonja was a very helpful. She was amazing. She managed to find me a slot within 20 minutes. I was in a hurry and made a error by booking last minute. She told me to expect a call one hour prior to pick up. I was greeted by Lenny and Darnell who are absolutely fantastic. They told me to sit down and relax and they will take care of everything and to expect a call when everything is fully loaded. Everything was handled with care. When I came down to check my items, the pod was arranged beautifully. I must say Lenny is a Tetris wizard, thank you easystorage for your amazing customer service. I would highly recommend.

I received 3 pods back from storage. It was a lot to put in a small area but they spent time and were very helpful. I didn't feel hurried when deciding where to put furniture and boxes. They were pleasant and respectful of my property.

I had a phone call 30 mins before the removal guys arrived to let me know exactly when they would be there. They were polite, courteous, efficient and friendly. The job was done in 30 mins which was important as I had a lot of other things happening that day. They took great care to make sure my son’s possessions were packed carefully. An excellent service which I would recommend to anyone.

I have used EASYSTORAGE before and this was for the return of my pod. Earlier experiences for your teams has been difficult as my old flat was on the 5th floor with no lift but it was all well handled. This was easier but I was under a degree of pressure as renting a room and I had reluctant permission to store some items in the garage. I explained this to your team upon arrival ( within the booked timeslot) and they were immediately understanding and accommodating. Stewart and Richard were polite, reassuring and could not have been more helpful. I hope you can recognise them in some way. Each time your teams have been great, ( Sorry for the late review, due to winter illness)

This is definitely the future of moving and storing! I was dubious of hidden fees but found the process of booking really simple. My queries were quickly answered on email and the day of collection was perfect. The 2 gentlemen looked at everything we had and moved everything with care. Donnel was really engaging and how the managed to fit everything into the pods was amazing! We will definitely use in the future, for moving and also storage. The fact they pick up and drop off is brilliant!
