Sabrina, was amazing as the online chat host. So helpful and clear. I was promptly called by Toran and then Joe, both were absolutely brilliant. Felt very confident my dad’s belongings would be catered for.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I wasn’t there when the guys collected my dad’s belongings so I didn’t see. But the emails have been prompt and overall I’m really happy with the experience. Oh, the price was really reasonable too! Thanks Easy Storage

The booking staff were very helpful and guided me through the process answering all the "if's and but's" and not being pushy at all. The guys who came to do the collection were friendly, efficient and careful.
I had two collections of two pods at a time. The first collection team were Tyrelle and Steliah, great guys!
The second collection team were Hammad, Darnell and Barry, equally great!

Gareth and Joe provided collection and retrieval services that were absolutely wonderful. I am overjoyed and grateful for their compassion and patience during the entire procedure.
Furthermore, it was amazing how simple and quick it was to call and get a hold of any employee of easy storage. Every worker I spoke to was courteous, straightforward and efficient in providing their services. I am grateful that there were also no delays or unpleasant experiences. I will use Easystorage's services again and will without a doubt suggest them to friends and family. Thank you very much.

My collection team last week did a fantastic job. They were efficient, well co-ordinated and pleasant. They packed the pods so well that they used one pod less than was ordered.
I highly recommend EasyStorage.

Trying to get in contact with the company to arrange a return was a pretty bad experience. I can't understand why you pay people to take my number to call me back later. Why? I'm literally speaking to someone right now, I would rather wait half an hour on the phone than 24 hours, just give me the option. In this time, my solt was pushed back by days and I had to pay extra. You're lucky to have such good drivers (over)working for you to stop this review being far less complimentary

Great customer service from EasyStorage. I needed a room cleared quickly & EasyStorage came on same day, picked-up & removed furniture from an entire room. The two removers from the Barrhead team even told me there was still room for more. Really recommend them.

I would strongly recommend easy storage. We had a small flood and needed to empty the ground floor whilst new floor was fitted. We managed to organise the collection quickly and easily, to return our furniture was a quick phone call, but you can manage it on line. All items came back wrapped and packed up safe.

Big thanks to Ollie, Thomas and team for a smooth removal. The guys were super helpful and arrived early. Unfortunately we had to purchase another pod on the day but they did try their best to make it all fit.

Easystorage Ringwood have stored my personal and household items for 8 months. During that time my access requests have always been met with good communication, efficiency in service, a welcoming and warm reception and the offer of assistance throughout my 'pod' picking visits.
Today Connor and Lewis returned my items to my home address, and as always, the communication leading upto and throughout was sound, they were considerate in their offloading/stacking within the property, friendly and efficient. Thank you both!

Using the easyStorage removal service with the items being loaded immediately into the pod on the van/lorry, made this experience more than great.
The 2 removal guys (Dan and Clayton) were absolutely fantastic. They both worked so hard to make my move as stress free as possible and I cannot thank them enough for the effort they put in.
I would recommend anyone who is thinking of storing their belongings to use easyStorage and their removal service.
