I have never experienced any smooth procedure than like them from picking up to delivering my stuff . I had booked easy storage for 3 months. All my stuff so completely intact as it was packed by me. I had requested my things to be delivered on short notice and it was all done by John (reading branch) so smoothly and immediately got my confirmation.
Marc and Sergiu delivered my stuff they were so much on time and they even organized all the stuff so compactly as they had noticed I had small room size. I was very happy and pleased by them.

I have been a customer for one year and Edd (Chelmsford manager) was always nice, helpful and contactable. I was always able to access the storage even on a short notice. Today I have received the pod at my new place, Edd gave me a decent discount specially I live now further than the original post code. Dan and Clayton delivered my pod on time and finished the job earlier than I expected. They were professional, nice and most importantly very helpful when I asked them to assemble some of the furniture. They have done it professionally in a no time. Thanks to the easystorage team.

We entrusted Easystorage with my elderly parents large house with many precious items. The were absolutely brilliant and couldn't do enough for us. They were careful but efficient and always treated the items as if they were their own. Many items were very heavy and they were sorted without fuss. A great 4 days work and clockwork end to their move! I look forward to recommending them to all friend, family and our student tenants:)
