Ed and his team from the Chelmsford facility came to collect our possessions due to a house renovation that will take c. 6 months. I can't speak to the returns but the collection went very well - it was easy to book, they were extra punctual, loaded very efficiently and carefully and were very helpful throughout.
I really like that once everything is loaded into the pods, they get sealed and stored; no need for further unloading in a storage place (unlike self storage facilities).
I also over-ordered pods (6) and only needed half in the end. They refunded me the difference promptly and didn't create any problems.
So far, very happy.

We received excellent service from easyStorage. Only in a few days the items have been collected. The guys ('Hammod Jerry and Godfred) who came to pick up were absolutely efficient and quick. The items were taken straight into a pod placed inside the van so you can see your stuff before they close it. Brilliant service! I can only recommend easyStorage.

Easy Storage was just that! I had short notice to pack and move house. I was impressed that I was able to book a removal and storage in one go online. The removal calculator was useful and helped me work out how much storage to book. I had a phonecall to say when they were on their way. The removal guys were friendly and even helped with disassembling. Took 1.5 hours for them to pack it all in. There is the option of visiting the unit if you need to add or take anything. I may need to add to it, as I did not fill both pods up! I will be able to book the delivery and placing of my furniture/belongings when I find my next home, which is ideal for just me.

The experience was really great. We kept our luggage for a few months at EasyStorage. The people within EasyStorage are really great! Ed, Dan, Clayton and the entire team at EasyStorage were really helpful. Especially Ed who helped and guided me throughout the duration. He was really prompt and responded to every query that I had very quickly.
