I loved working with Jackie and the team on my bespoke wedding ring, I spoke to Jackie about what I liked and I really wanted some colour in the design. It was brilliant to get 3D visuals of how the ring would look, I made a couple of tweaks and nothing was too much trouble.
The finished ring is perfect!

Absolutely outstanding service and craftsmanship for my bespoke request. I wanted a replicate broach that belonged to my recently deceased mother for each of her granddaughters. The team explained the options to me, were understanding when I changed things and the final products were just what I had hoped for. Couldn’t have been a better experience for me.

Andy and Jackie were brilliant with redesigning my mums engagement ring. Communication was great and from initial design to delivery they adapted and listened to what I wanted. Ultimately, I now have a wonderful modernised version of mums ring...I love it! Thanks so much too for keeping to my timeline - that meant alot 😊

I was given a watch as an engagement gift many years ago, and I'm very fond of it. The clasp no longer held together and the manufacturer was not interested in repairing or replacing it. I took it into Chapter79 and the service was friendly, fast, effective and value for money. The watch is now securely back on my wrist and I'm delighted; it's like having an old friend back.

We visited Chapter 79 as we like to support and buy from local businesses. After visiting several jewellers in the region, we decided to purchase our engagement rings from them as they had such a unique and beautiful range. Very friendly and efficient service. I had a necklace shortened and they did the job much quicker than expected. They cleaned the necklace too which I didn't expect. Very happy with the service and will use again, they have a lovely shop too with beautiful jewellery on sale.

Chapter 79 did a stunning job on my engagement ring. We had an original family ring that was too big for me but wanted to use for inspiration. Chapter 79 sorted everything from sourcing the gem, resizing the ring and recreating the original design. They were very open and transparent about both the price and the lead time and were also very responsive both by phone and email. I am absolutely delighted with the ring that I will treasure forever! I would highly recommend 😊

Just want to say what a pleasure it was to work with Jackie and Andy with the design of my wedding ring. They helped me redesign my original ring and eternity ring as they were very tired looking…… and they created the most beautiful ring… I’m so overwhelmed with it. Andy had so much patience, when I kept tweaking the design . My new ring is based on the design of my late mother’s ring so it was important to get it right. The result was absolutely spot on. Thankyou both…… I love it!! 💕

I got an heirloom ring redesigned and resized here and the team were brilliant at working with me on options and ideas. The end result was stunning and very reasonable cost-wise. The folks at Chapter79 were patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable and skilled in their trade. Would unhesitatingly recommend to others or go back here next time I'm looking to buy jewellry - especially if I need something bespoke.

I need the diamond in my mum’s engagement ring reset, as the existing setting was old and worn. All the staff at Chapter 79 gave great service and advice and Andy did a fabulous job designing a new ring and setting the diamond. This was a very sentimental piece of jewellery and they did such a great job!

We have recently had some engagement rings made at Lance James and our experience couldn’t have been more positive. We wanted to use diamonds from rings given to us by family and Jackie and Andy were kind, knowledgeable and helpful in directing us to get designs we wanted and love. Clearly they have many customers but when discussing matters with them, they both conveyed it wasn’t just important to us but to them too. This continued in all our follow up contact where we felt they remembered us and that we were valued customers. We can’t recommend them more highly! We are so lucky to have such expertise and kindness so local to us!

I had diamonds from my engagement and wedding rings which I wanted to be reset so I could wear them again, and also a yellow diamond taken from a ring and made into a pendant.
Andy and Jackie were so friendly and helpful with the design, putting up with me changing things until I was completely happy.
I am so happy with the outcome, I will definitely use them in the future.
