Jackie and the Lance James team are fantastic! So much more than many jewellery shops because they are all professional jewellers and craftsmen. They offer a beautiful range of jewellery for any occasion but can do so much more like taking an old fashioned or no longer loved piece, melt it down and create a fantastic piece just for you, and your design. They are always totally honest about what can and can't be done, very friendly, and I'd highly recommend to anyone as I've already recommended to many friends who also love Lance James!

Lance James are simply brilliant! My wedding is next month and they've been involved right from the start. My finance purchased my engagement ring from them, we've bought our wedding rings too, they've matched a pearl pendant and made pearl stud earrings for me, designed and made cuff links as present for my finance and earring for myself. I wouldn't dream of going to another jewelers. All of their jewelery is stunning and their customer service is superb!

My husband and I had our wedding rings made here, not to mention bespoke cufflinks which Jackie and my husband designed together specially for his groomsmen. The quality of the craftsmanship and the friendly atmosphere at Lance James makes it one of our favourite places to just pop in and say hello to at the weekend! (And have a nose at all the lovely jewellery of course!).

I love this jewelry shop as they carry the Danish Design Pandora range of jewelry. I am from Denmark and canʼt seem to get the Pandora jewelry elsewhere in this area. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
