There were 23 adults and 8 children. £9.50 per head if you get 20+ people. Great value and great day out. The dinosaur world was fantastic and the kids enjoyed it!! The animals were out to play, monkeys, lions, cheetahs, penguins, anacondas, just a great atmosphere and great day for the kids! Worth going early as it gets extremely busy!!

We took our 18 month old Great Grandson to the park, it was our first visit. We'd prebooked and got to the park about 10.15. It was already busy and as previousy reported, we had to queue with everyone who had to pay even though paybooths were labelled prepaid lanes.
We chose to look at the animals first and on entry, the first perception was the construction site of the new lion enclosure was in full swing, noise etc and use of welding without screens for the public.
The enclosures for the big cats was very good, especially the arial walkway with pushchair access, so the cats could be seen, mostly all asleep enjoying the warm and sunny weather.
The monkey house was also excellent for the size of the park and not overcrowded.
The meerkats, otters and penguins enclosures were designed well so even little children could watch them playing.
Our great grandson wasn't really interested in anything that didn't move so we finished our walk and went over the the dinosaur adventure.
This was very well displayed and enjoyed by many people, again, our great grandson was a bit frigthened by the noises from the dinosaurs.
The whole site was extremely busy with people queuing almost back to the road.
We didn't stop for anything to eat but the loos were very clean.
The staff we spoke to knew the animals 5hey were working with and the place was very clean and tidy.
If we came again, I think it would be better for us to come in school term time when it would be less busy.

Went on a Monday during the Easter holidays so lots of children around having lots of fun! Obviously a big hit for families but my boyfriend and I enjoyed it for our date too.

Entrance fee for both of us together was £43. There’s family offers and concession discounts for OAPs and carers but no student/emergency services discounts advertised on boards.

The park was brilliant and so many animals to see! Started with the birds and then moved onto the bigger animals. Popped into the diner around 2:30pmish and it was relatively empty so were served quickly- burger, chips and drink x2 was around £19. Food was alright- filled a hole!

Animals were great- the best place to stop if you get the chance is the cafe next to the tiger enclosure and get a table next to the window- the tigers like a spot nearby!

Would definitely recommend visiting whether adult or child. It exceeded our expectations and we had a great day out!

Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that the toilet facilities are not great. There’s toilets in the car park but I didn’t use these. I used the ladies toilets by the main entrance and there were three cubicles plus one baby change. For the needs of the park these got extremely messy by 4pm and whilst there was a cleaner who arrived to deal with the mess (I felt very sorry for her!) it seemed like they’d been like that for a while. Lots of children using them so don’t think it’s malicious mess but more regular cleaning and refilling of loo roll and soap dispensers may be needed- especially as hand washing is so key at animal parks

We went to see the animals, especially the two Sloths. However we didn’t know about the Dinosaur Park. The animals were good to see, the Sloths being very slow as usual!! The Otters were my favourites, very active and we saw one juggling his stone which was good. The Meerkats had cradles in the lamps to hang onto which I’ve never seen before. A lot of the animals were hiding earlier on as the day was cold so good to do this on a sunnier day. The Keepers were really helpful and you could see they loved their jobs. Talked to several and got good information on some of the animals. Then went into the Dinosaur Park........creepy as they were mainly animatronic, very realistic. Wouldn’t like to be there if they came alive. Apparently in two years the Chinese will make them able to walk on their own. Hope they don’t fit AI or we will be dinner!!!! There are several food places around the park and lots of amusements for younger children so a good family day out with youngsters. However in the reptile house they have several massive snakes. One child walked in, took one look and ran out 🤣 so beware!! Not many reptiles there or fish but it is a smaller Zoo but with all the other things there a really good day and I would highly recommend visiting.

Took a 3 year old, a 4 year old and an 18 month old to Paradise Wildlife Park last week and they all loved it - the animatronic dinosaurs are amazing and everyone enjoyed the little train ride (make sure you have change available, £2 each). We liked seeing the animals too, can understand some peoples' views on size of their habitats, some of the animals were pacing a little bit but they did all appear to be in very good condition and the staff were all very knowledgeable. The kids all loved the soft play centre and all of the outside play equipment too, especially the slides from the fire engine and the train. Lots of opportunities to spend money in the shops which is to be expected, bit disappointed more of the food concessions weren't yet open but we did visit pre-Easter so not entirely unexpected. It wasn't hugely busy but given that we had booked tickets online before we went, it would have been helpful to have the 'pre-booked tickets' kiosk open rather than having to queue with everyone else. Food we had in the Diner was okay but quite expensive for what it was - toilets were all clean which was a nice surprise (with three kids we visited them quite a lot!). Generally had a great day out and would go back - suspect it gets quite busy in the holidays though.

Went as a family (2 young kids, 2 adults).
Kids loved the dinosaur area. They also liked the playgrounds and soft play.
They liked the farmyard area: feeding the sheep, pig, etc.
Not that keen on the "zoo" bit: all the enclosures are pretty depressing, small, and dated, especially the big cats and the penguins. Although there's a new lion area being built, which looks better.
Train ride was fun.
The restaurant was dreadful. Rubbish overpriced food. Side-salad with my jacket potato was a single lettuce leaf, 3 tiny tomatoes, and about 10 pieces of sweetcorn. Wife's burger was stone cold.

Having read some of the reviews (and concerns) on this site, I decided to visit the Paradise Wildlife Park with an open mind. Straight away it's worth mentioning this zoo is geared towards it's smaller visitors.

My main worry was the small size of the zoo and it's small sized habitats for the animals to live in. These worries are unfounded. Whilst being the smallest zoo I have seen, with the smallest enclosures, all animals were in good health, happy and well cared for.

Would recommend but have no interest in returning myself.

Although the whole place is geared up well for the education and entertainment of children, it is well worth the visit for adults. We visited in March during term time so there were just a couple of organised school trips with mainly the morning for the majority of parents with small children. In the afternoon it was more quiet. It was great to roam around freely going back to see the lions many times and had the delight of watching the tigers and red pandas being fed. The commentary is very good at feeding time. The raised walkway around the big cats is a superb feature and excellent for photography opportunities. Also a small cafe at the top for a break and lunch. We missed the wolf pack as we didn't notice the woodland entrance until we were leaving; our main disappointment. The mobile dinosaur models are intriguing and the park well laid out and informative. The otters are fun and surprising with their squeaky voices. Too many lovely animals to mention but for us the lion roaring was a must to hear. We would return another time but a major consideration for us is the location and the necessity to use the M25.

Took my 5 &3 year old nephew here for the day, they were entranced! World of dinosaurs was great fun as was the little train trip round the dinosaurs. After what felt like miles of walking we stopped for lunch at the treetops Cafe and lunch a few feet from the tigers. This place is not to be missed and well worth the money!

We went to visit the meerkats with an animal experience pack, we were late due to m25 traffic. However the staff did their best and managed to fit us in asap despite us missing our appointment. Special mention to James one of the zoo keepers and sharon the organiser.

Had the most amazing experience at this zoo with meeting the meerkats. My girlfriend bought me the experience for my birthday and it was truly special! I've done experiences before (not at this zoo) and was pleasantly surprised by how much interaction you get with the meerkats.

We had a great keeper give us so much information and was generally very pleasant to listen to - Scott. We got to sit right alongside the meerkats to feed them. We had the wonderful experience of meeting freya in particular, who loves attention and will climb all over you to get some scratches.

The rest of the zoo is very nice too. Predominately big cats but also with other interesting animals such as red pandas and otters (My favs)

Would recommend this zoo as a must visit!

We took the two boys and really enjoyed it. Snow leapords were lovely and whole park was a treat. Shame it got a bit cold towards the end so we had to cut down our visit so the boys didn't get enough time to play on the slides etc.
They really enjoyed the dinosaur bit as well.
Train ride is £2 - who carries £2?? So we unfortunately missed out.. just a tip for future visitors.

We have just invested in an annual pass (which if you're local I totally recommend you do - fantastic value) and have been here a lot in the last few months. I can honestly say it's a brilliant place. Literally something for everyone. Great variety of animals, huge variety of play areas for children, shows, talks, feedings, crazy golf, miniature ride on train, soft play, splash pool and soft play. You will get a full day out even if the weather doesn't cooperate!

Staff are all friendly and areas kept clean.

My only gripe is the coffee. Quite expensive for what you get which is just from one of those machines where you push a button. Tastes horrible too. Other than that no other complaints. Food otherwise is good and quite reasonably priced. If you want to bring your own there are plenty of places to sit down and eat it.

Go!

Amazing Day out with family. Went here in the half term in October and have to say this place was great. It was a mix of zoo if you will with lots of play areas for kids (quote frankly that's all the kids probably need) and a huge area which I'll call Dinosaur Land which I think was one of their selling points.

As you can see from the pictures we spent a lot of time in the Dinosaur area and took lots of pictures here. This area was great and the movable dinosaurs too; the kids will love this area.

The Zoo area was great too and had a lot of variety of animals which were thankfully awake and doing their thing; lions, tigers, jaguars etc. I think like most people everyone enjoys the meerkats, everyone's favourite.

There was a section for birds and lizards etc. Then right in the heart of it all is an eating are and a place for kids to go crazy with climbing frames and slides.

All in all I was say Amazing Day out and everyone will enjoy this place.

My husband and I decided on the way back from a lovely walk in the morning to visit paradise wildlife park as we have heard so many great reviews about it and we are absolutely amazed with the place! It’s amazing and definitely recommend going if you have children. They would absolutely love it and so would you! It’s got the most amazing dinosaur adventure if your kids love dinosaurs they will love this! And also the food variety they have there is amazing and if you have a little bubba who needs their food warmed up in a microwave then they also accommodate to this! And the animals they have are just amazing you can have a real good up close and personal adventure with the animals and lots of them too!

The price here is quite expensive to access the park and some of the enclosures need a bit of improvement, especially the big cats areas. When we visited the wooded area was closed for some reason, which we were not pre-warned about. The bird enclosures are also a bit on the small side. The park did look like it was building a new jaguar enclosure which is needed. The new area which houses the anacondas was good.

Very impressed with the whole park although I’d preferred bigger enclosure for the Cheetah, the life size dinosaurs were really impressive, as were the wolf’s we did not visit the speedway exhibition.

We had a wonderful day here. We took mum age 90 and borrowed a wheelchair from a friend so it was a new experience for us.
We parked in a disabled spot which was right near the entrance, so that made the start of our day easy.
You are allowed 2 for one price wise with a carer and it’s cheaper if you purchase your tickets online .
There are disable toilets which are shared with baby changing facilities so be prepared to wait.
Getting back to the zoo the animals all looked so well groomed and well looked after so it was a pleasure to watch them.
They do so much for conservation of these wonderful animal here and abroad. That donations are welcomed and used wisely.
Staff were fantastic and helpful and mum loved her day out here.
You can get to the tree tops cafe via a ramp and observe the tigers
We went on the train through dinosaurs land which was brilliant, we saw the wolves. Fed the animals and saw the most gorgeous meerkats. White lions and camels and many more animals .
A fantastic day out and would recommend this zoo to visit for all ages.
