Affordable for students! Good selection of animals and a nice environment, would be nice to have more animals like elephants and rhinos and bigger/nicer enclosures but for the cost it's great!

Can be pricey but found online discount codes which worked out better.
Easy to find and lots of parking.
Nice array of animals but sad to see a couple of them had recently passed away (posters informed guests).
Not a very big park and animals could use some more space but overall the kids enjoyed it. Good play areas and we did the Easter trail which was fun.

Took 2 teenage boys. The park is definitely well geared towards younger children but surprisingly our 2 teenage boys found plenty to entertain themselves!
Plenty to see and do. Animals pretty quiet today but it was quite cool.
Food good. I had a jacket potato and baked beans.
Had a full and really lovely day.
Tip: eat early as it gets very busy in the cafes.

I was lucky enough to have a Red Panda Experience brought for my birthday and was so happy with the day and our keeper Jonny.

Both of the pandas were as expected beautiful creatures to meet and feed. Was nice to learn lots more about them, their history, habitat and the zoo in general.

From the meet and greet (ladies you were both lovely and got the day started in the perfect way) through the experience to finishing with the lorikeet feed this is a day that can be enjoyed by adults and families equally well

Really enjoyable trip to this park with family including young children.
There is so much to do:
Wildlife park with lots of different animals small and large
Lots of play areas- none too busy
Sand pit area and small trikes for children
Lots of other activities although be aware that many are chargeable at £1 a person. There is plenty to do without paying extra but obviously if the little ones see things they want to go on it.
Very clean park, with friendly staff,
Lots of animal talks and some dance shows
Lots of food outlets, we had a kids meal of chips and nuggets which was £5 including a drink. However a Tuna sandwich was £5.70 so I would advise bringing a packed lunch!

We also got a discount voucher giving us 20% off the gate price. It's not cheap to visit but you can make a full day of it.

Granny and Grandpa sponsored the day out, taking Mum and Dad to a place we've been before (with other grandchildren) but this particular branch of the family had yet to visit. Result? Ideal!! Four or five hours of continuous fun for little ones and, for grown-ups, not bad either. Lions! Tigers! Cheetahs! Penguins! Tortoises! Lemurs!... the list goes on. Not many of each, of course - this isn't Whipsnade! But it is compact which means the kids don't get tired walking miles! Food seemed faily-priced; you are 'out' after all, but a picnic would work well.

I'd really like to add how incredible our trip was to the Paradise Wildlife Park. My family and I were travelling back to Norwich from a trip in London and decided to stop off for a break at this Wildlife Park and we were pleasantly surprised. Hopefully without offending anyone, we have been to Wildlife Park's on smaller scales and been thoroughly disappointed with the park due to the size, pricing and array of animals etc. However, all members of my party said that this Park, considering the scale/size that we have been to (& we have visited our fair share due to my love for photographing animals!) was one of the best.

This park allowed the best 'viewing' of the animals that I had ever seen. All of the animals were visible and seemed to be 'putting on a show for us'. Animals such as the Red Panda's and Otters, which are common animals to see in zoo's but aren't often spotted, however, EVERYTIME I walked past the Otters or Red Pandas they seemed to be out and about entertaining the customers. The surprising array of Big Cats was truly pleasing (especially for a park of this size).
All of the animals have spacious areas which is difficult to achieve for parks of this size but you have really managed to accommodate the animals needs well. All animals seemed to be happy and looked well.

All staff were informative and friendly. A true credit to the Zoo!
We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone.

A fantastic little zoo, great value for money & extremely well kept attraction.
Animals well within view and Iv yet to fail to spot any! Plenty for children to do other than the animals with play park & soft play.
Very reasonably priced.

Booked a feed the lemurs experience for my mum as a birthday present, obviously at a fair bit more than the cost of standard entry (which i must say was really good value for money for the rest of us, compared to other wildlife parks/zoo's and if you look around online a few sites offer small discounts off standard entry tickets if you book through them before you go!) but it was definitely worth it! Staff were very friendly on arrival at the discovery centre with complimentary hot drinks offered whilst we waited for the keeper. The experience included a look behind the scenes at the food preparation and then a very up close encounter with the lemurs, they seem very comfortable being fed by a guest and were sitting on her shoulders and knee, making for an exciting and magical experience! All the family could watch and take photo's from outside the enclosure. The keeper was great, very knowledgeable about the park's history and the lemurs. There are loads of different animals to chose an experience with and we would definitely consider another one in the future for another special occasion!

The rest of the day was great, being able to look around the rest of the park at our leisure, with loads of talks, feeds and shows going on throughout the day. The park isn't the biggest, which i feel is reflected in the size of some animal enclosures, but still has a great range of animals particularly the different big cats. Even with its smaller size you can still spend all day there! Especially if you have young children, as there are loads of additional things to do like mini golf and a huge adventure play area. Pathways seemed wheelchair and buggy friendly, there are viewing platforms around many of the enclosures and there is also a small Tractor-Trailer ride around a bit of the park.

This was our third visit over a quite a few years and it definitely does keep growing and improving! Got a bit of a feel for the parks work in breeding and conservation and hopefully this gets bigger and better too.

We found the Paradise Wildlife Park a couple of years ago via a wildlife photography experience and thought it would be great for small children. With a two year old granddaughter it was time to revisit.
It's relatively straightforward to get there and there's plenty of free parking though I believe that's about to change. The admission isn't too bad as these places go and once you're inside there's plenty to do. There aren't masses of animals but a good selection and they all seem happy and well kept. The big cats are particularly impressive and don't seem to hide away in corners. There are meet the animal shows and feeding time talks by the young but knowledgeable keepers and opportunities to feed the tamer inmates.
Various well equipped play areas and inflatables keep the youngsters entertained plus a train ride for an extra £1 per person. Although the food isn't cheap, it's good quality and we enjoyed some very nice paninis in the coffee shop overlooking the tigers. The gardens are well kept and there are plenty of places to have a picnic.
As previously mentioned, the park also offers various experiences such as keeper for a day and getting up close with cameras.

Our family had an enjoyable time here however it is not a whole day attraction. The children enjoyed feeding the animals especially the deer and liked looking at the beautiful big cats. The food was very overpriced and the quality fairly low, there are also other things for the kids to do but they incur an extra charge so after the hefty price to get in I would say this is not great value for money.

Fantastic day out , incredible experience to be up close to those animals. Even if your not there to feed them them and all the other animals are so close to the cage. Well worth the money , looking at doing other experiences here. All the people who worked there are very pleasant people 😀😀

I visited Paradise Wildlife Park Saturday and was very impressed. I paid £16 for entry which is a lot cheaper than other zoos and at paradise it seems you get so much more for your money. From farm animals, reptiles and big cats there are lots of animals to admire. Some of the animals you can feed which adds an element of excitement.

I wish I was aware of this park when I was younger as I imagine I would of had hours of fun splashing about in the paddling pool, feeding the goats, playing on the giant fire engine and pirate themed playgrounds.

As well as the animals, parks, pool, wood walk, eateries, live children entertainment their is the national speed museum which is free to enter and very interesting. On a summers day you could spend all day at the park and not get bored because they're really is so much to do and see.

I cannot finish this review without mentioning their is a room with bats in which fly around above your head. No cage between you and them which is a pretty cool thing to experience.

Defiantly worth the entry fee, I look forward to returning.

I absolutely love Paradise Wildlife Park, I haven't been in a while, but you can be sure there will always be something new to see. The way the park is set out is great, you can get better views of the animals by climbing up onto the towers and platforms and there is something for everyone. The birds of prey show is my favorite, I'll be making a return soon to see all of the wonderful animals.

We took our 1 and 1/2 year old daughter to the paradise wild life park over easter weekend. It was really busy, compared to when I went before.
Had a great day out, lots of animals to see, and can get really close to some of them, because of the way they have made the cages.
We also took part in the egg hunt, which as fun to do and received chocolate for getting all the answers correct on the egg hunt quiz.
I love tigers so it was nice to see a white tiger there, which you don't often get to see.
Daughter also enjoyed seeing all the animals, the park is push chair friendly.
The park has free parking at the moment, however, we read on the notice bored that they are going to start charing from may 2016, which is a shame.
We found it difficult to follow the map, which was given to us, as the names on the map don't correspond with the names of the actual area, we had to keep asking people.
Great day out and not having to pay as much as London zoo entry.

We visited to feed the red pandas.
Wow! It was wonderful. This was a birthday treat for my young lady. Initially we were met by the staff and given a briefing on what to expect. We were then taken into the enclosure by the keeper and given a pot of food to hand feed each of the pandas in turn. They are sooooo cute and so gentle. It's an experience never to be forgotten. It will stay with us forever.
It is a very popular experience and you have to book in advance but it is worth every second.
The thing to remember is that the park will let you feed very nearly any of their animals (or so it seems) so if you like snow leopards or lions or tapirs, give the park a call.
Yes, it is more than the cost of a regular ticket, but, oh, it is worth it!
For that special event, maybe a birthday or an anniversary or a graduation, this is a day never to be forgotten.
I told my colleague about this and he's taking his son there for his 21st birthday.
The staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful.

Just got back from a good day out here. We have been before when daughter was much younger but this time we could make use of the huge play area as well as the range of animals.

Paradise Park is a mixture. There are great facilities for the summer months for families with children, including a train, animal shows, splash zone .
But it is also a small but significant zoo, involved in animal conservation and breeding. They have a stunning selection of big cats including snow leopards and jaguars and even white lions. Meerkats and noisy penguins. Even a hothouse area with the tiny and beautiful tamarind monkeys, with babies. Great place to warm up on a cold day too.
Well set-up, ample parking and good access for both wheelchairs and pushchair too.
We had an enjoyable and educational visit. All the staff are well- informed and happy to talk to you to enhance the visit.

Had a snooze over at the park in the Zebra suite,so we could be on time the next day for our tour round the big cats, the Zebra suite was so amazing, very clean and comfortable, every thing you need was at hand. The tour of the big cats was great, then after a buffet breakfast in the tiger treetops cafe, which over looked the tiger paddock. We then spent the rest of the day walking around the park looking at the rest of the animals, all of them well looked after. The staff were very good and polite, nothing was any trouble for them, they made sure you were well looked after at all times. We will certainly visit again.

We spent a day following the Zookeepers learning what they did, more about the animals, a lot about conservation and much more.

The staff were incredible and welcoming. They were all enthusiastic about what they did and keen to share with us.

It's hard to nail down a favourite thing amongst such a fantastic day, but feeding the Red Pandas, flying an owl, feeding a group of Lemurs and walking amongst the Tapirs were up there.

To finish an amazing day we watched the tigers get feed.

Paradise Wildlife Park was a brilliant day out for me and my partner. The animals are well cared for and look in good health. The staff were very friendly and were happy to answer any questions put to them. The big cats were especially good to see,the white tiger looked amazing. The food was priced fairly and the portions were large. Overall I would highly recommend this park to people of any age.

Never been before but was recommended to go by one of my friends who go regularly. I have a disabled daughter who is a permanant wheelchair user who is into photography and the facilities are excellent for her as she is short and can see through the glass, also the elevated walkway is a brilliant idea. The paths are all Tarmac so using a wheelchair is no problem. So many zoos have gravel paths and far too many plants in the enclosures, which is great for the animals but not so great for photographers either wheelchair bound or able bodied. But Paradise Wildlife park is a fabulous place, and as an added bonus the loos are clean as well. I will definitely go again
