I bought my fiance meet the meerkats. Well worth it.. if was fun, the meerkats climb all over you. Just a perfect place to be and not only do you meet the meerkats you get a day's pass to the wonderful park too. The staff are very well knowable. Lovely experience.

I've visited Paradise 3 times in the last year and I love it. It's a nice size zoo, not too big that it's an effort to walk around and somewhat tiring.
We started with the cafe for some lunch - a good jacket potato to set us up for our visit on a cold cold day. Then off to the Red Panda feeding . The Red Pandas are my all time favourites and this is an amazing zoo to see them. Jonny gave a brilliant talk. Loads of facts and delivered with fun too.
One of the benefits of visiting on a cold day is that it wasn't very busy. Meaning great opportunities to take photos.
The white lion gave us a brilliant display of his roaring! Amazing!
The emu took a fancy to my phone on a selfie stick! Very funny - Got some amazing photos 😊
Always a brilliant day here. Lots of play areas for the kiddlings too. A regular show in peak season. As I said, not the biggest zoo, not the biggest enclosures but some lovely animals, all well looked after and, I will add, one of Chris Packham's favourite zoo's. I met him there last year! Bonus!

Outstanding experience. The blonde man with glasses (sorry!!! not good with names) gave us some truly fascinating info on these lovely animals and they were incredibly sweet and gentle (and lazy).

Enjoyed the park, staff were lovely, a lot of kiddie stuff has popped up in recent years so I imagine that's ideal for parents with smallish kids. Toilets nice & heated (important in winter, ha).

One gripe: "Safari Sams" diner. The other cafes weren't open so we had no choice. Expensive - £5.50 for a jacket potato without drink - and we went for a "gourmet steak burger" at £6.95. Asked what was in the burger and was told they'd check the packet. Ha. The food was plentiful, but crap. £1 for a slice of cheese on the burger? Absolute crap, and it cost 3 of us £30 to eat fast food and a bottle of cola each.

Me & the mrs went for a spate of the min day out while the kids were at school. It was brilliantly quiet and serene but I doubt it will be at weekends or school holidays when every croc wearing chinless wonder will no doubt take little Hugo to "experience nature".
The selection of animals is great and they all seem really happy and healthy. Great for a visit.

Half of the park is given over to children's play equipment, which must be great for mums entertaining kids, you can turn your day ticket into an annual pass.

We went in August, it was really quite busy, but not packed
The best thing about this park is that there is so much for everyone, a playground, small pool and plays going on for the KIDS (and maybe the adults :D )
There are so many animals for you to see there, so that may keep OLDER KIDS, the ELDERLY and ADULTS happy
And there is a place to eat, too....didn't though, quite pricey!!
However, some of the animals looked so sad and bored...i uploaded a picture of a zebra, and thought the picture cant fully show it, he looked so bored and sad....i feel maybe some of the cages are too small, considering these animals are made to be free, just like us.
But without spending £1000000's on land, a zoo can never really replicate the space an animal would have in its natural habitat, so on the whole PWP is pretty good!

My wife and son have passes and always rave about the park so with a bit of time off over Xmas we all got to go. It's great for children of all ages with plenty to do for little ones.
The staff were fantastic and really friendly we had a small issue on the bouncy castle where it was wet and soaked mine and my 17 month old socks. Asked to get them dried as it was winter and had no spare socks for little one and they couldn't be more helpful. Especially the lady in the souvenir shop and the lady who delt with the bouncy castle straight away.
Our little one loved the train, the tractor ride around the park, the soft play area and outdoor areas were great to. All this with the added bonus of zoo and areas we haven't even explored such as the adventure golf course and other activities for older children.
Would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Lovely and informative day out, even though it was cold. Experience day with private tour of Big Cats and continental breakfast overlooking tiger enclosure. Then wander round the zoo where I saw my favourite animal, Red Panda, at feeding time. Great day out with my daughter !!

My Wife and I visited for a Snooze at the Zoo experience. There was a mix up with our booking however this was handled brilliantly by the staff who made sure we had still had a fantastic day!

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly throughout and taught us a lot about the conservation work carried out and how the animals are looked after. The animals all looked comfortable and content and had quiet areas to get away from the public, however luckily we managed to see most, although the Ocelot was shy.

Would recommend for all ages with or without kids, although lots of entertainment for children on the site too.

This park offers you the chance to see and experience animals at close proximity. It is about 30 minutes drive from London and is easily reached. The staff are very nice and very helpful at all times. This place is very much geared towards children as they have themed rides and activities, and play areas. Good selection of eateries at reasonable price or bring your own food and have a picnic!

They have rare red pandas and white tigers, and the elusive snow leopard .... spectacular. A worthwhile trip!

It was such a great day out. Half hour train journey from Liverpool street station and a short bus ride to the park. The staff was so lovely and friendly. It was very busy and popular with family with children. It is better than zoo, as they animal has a bigger area to live in and the animal looks clean and healthy.
