It's a very good company. Even in their free plan, they provide quick and fast customer support.
The only thing they can implement is a third-party integration with other autoresponders. Although they have their good autoresponder, and may only put some more features like retrieving more data of the contacts and a better interface.
But they do what they are supposed to do and you can even host courses.

Dealing with customer / tech service at most companies is painful at best. But that's not the case with the team at Systeme.io! One of the things I love about them is the helpful screenshots and explanations they provide so that I can easily understand what they are recommending. They also almost always respond much faster to my questions than the stated response time. PLUS they are patient and will continue to work with me until my issue is solved. Their approach removes the stress of having to ask for support. It may sound cheesy, but I feel like they actually care about me as a customer. This was not the case with my former CRM / Email / Funnel providers.

Everything is under one roof. I don't need 1 company for funnels and a separate company for emails. Their prices are great compared to other companies. Their customer support is quick to respond. The only slightly negative thing I can say is their funnel pages aren't as user-friendly as other platforms I've tried but they are easy to learn.

The customer support was awesome. I had an issue adding my CNAME records to my domain. The support team responded within 15 minutes and looked into the issue thoroughly. They were able to provide the solution to the problem and set the correct expectations for their processes. I love this platform! What a great system! I've been part of much more expensive systems that are more complicated where support takes too long to respond.
