Even though I am a new user I can say the following.
They offer a lot of features. The system is easy and fun to use.
Their customer support is quick, helpful and friendly.

I've tried various software solutions in the past, but none compare to the exceptional speed, simplicity, and affordability of Systeme.io. It offers all the robust features and functionalities of platforms like Clickfunnels, Kajabi, Teachable, and Kartra, but at a significantly lower cost and with an incredibly user-friendly interface. Systeme.io is simply unmatched in terms of affordability and ease of use.

PROS
Systeme.io is very user-friendly and well thought out. The user dashboard and the general layout of all the menus, settings, and all the tools are very intuitive and much easier to use than on the platform I used before. It's modern, fast, functional, and it just makes sense how things are set up and arranged.

The customer service via email has been great so far and they could answer all my questions directly or get their tech team involved if needed. However, I would like the response time to be faster.

CONS
The platform lacks some non-critical features that I expected, but the great thing is that Systeme.io is improving, evolving, and giving its users the opportunity to actively submit/vote/comment on feature suggestions.

One particular example that needs improvement is the page editor. It's already great and so much easier and faster to use compared to the editor of the platform I used before, but there are some annoying quirks in terms of layout settings that need to be fixed and done better. When building and/or changing a page, setting up the layout and design for both desktop and mobile can sometimes be quite frustrating because the settings can be way off and need to be fixed/aligned so that the page looks good and works both on desktop and mobile. There should be a way for users to define and set their own default settings for styles and layouts for each element on both desktop and mobile. Let's call it 'user themes' that would enable us to pre-define layouts and settings on element level, not just on block/section/page level, which can already be saved as own templates.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE
Switching my entire business to Systeme.io was smoother than I thought, and so far the platform has definitely exceeded my expectations. It's a pleasure to use and Systeme.io has significantly simplified the management of my business, especially when it comes to automated workflows on the backend.

WHY DID I SWITCH?
I used ClickFunnels as my websites / sales funnel builder and AWeber as my email autoresponder for 4 years. While I have been very satisfied with AWeber, ClickFunnels unfortunately didn't evolve over time and became outdated, buggy and slow, so I was getting increasingly frustrated and reluctant to use it.

I was hoping for ClickFunnels 2.0, which was released in late 2022, but unfortunately the new release didn't meet my expectations in terms of features and price. That's why I decided to switch my entire business over from ClickFunnels and AWeber to Systeme.io.

It's one of the best decisions I've made, and not just because I've been able to cut my monthly costs by 75%.

Systeme all-in-one marketing platform has a couple affordable plans. One being free forever. Which is helpful for a new small business just starting out. Recently offered free training and certification on the systeme.io platform.

Great customer service! Prompt, professional, and courteous.

In my opinion, it is one of the best all-in-one landing page builders (and much more) available. Even the free version surpasses most paid alternatives. The editor is user-friendly, the funnel templates are excellent, and the media buying tracking is accurate. I highly recommend it.

I've been using systeme for around 6 months now and love it. It's not as easy to use as e-mail marketing tools like MailerLite, MailChimp and other. But if has great functionality if you're willing to tinker with it enough. Has a great support team which will help with great advice very fast.
BUT.. Everyone is incentivised to leave good reviews by getting free courses on how to make more money online. And negative feedback on features are deleted by admins on their FB community.

I like the platform, I like that they're working on improving it all the time, support is top notch. But once my negative feedback about bugs in the new feature were removed I thought I should make that known in a place where they can't remove a comment that easily.

The tutorial- videos on the website could be improved regarding voice, explanation and size video-pictures.

Great integrated system to create sales or signup funnels.
