Jackie and her team at Lance James the Jewellers Hertford are brilliant! Always a really warm welcome when I pop in - not just for me but my little dog too! I've been using Jackie for nearly 10 years, for all sorts of jewellery jobs, from tiny repairs to bigger commissions. I completely trust them to not only give me expert advice but to do a brilliant job. Most recently, my sister had the bright idea to turn her silver christening mug into a bangle - it looks fantastic (and is no longer sitting in a cupboard...) - can't wait to see what Jackie is going to create from mine! Jackie and the Lance James team are fantastic! So much more than many jewellery shops because they are all professional jewellers and craftsmen. They offer a beautiful range of jewellery for any occasion but can do so much more like taking an old fashioned or no longer loved piece, melt it down and create a fantastic piece just for you, and your design. They are always totally honest about what can and can't be done, very friendly, and I'd highly recommend to anyone as I've already recommended to many friends who also love Lance James!
