Visited White Wardrobe today and Nicola was so nice, helpful and great choice of dresses. went looking for a maid of honour dress of me and ideas for Angela my cousin who is the bride and she now knows what style dress to go through. Nicolas knowledge and experience was invaluable as Ange was going for the completely wrong style of dress to flatter her the most and she was really glad we went and very grateful to Nicola for her help. Will be going back next month to order my dress and again not what I was looking for but Nicola knew what would suit me and she was right. Thanks once again every potential bride and bridesmaid should go here definitely. We went to another shop which had a sale on not one person came and spoke to us to see if we wanted help, we obviously werent dressed in the right attire or looked like we were looking for wedding dresses how rude! Thanks also to Debbie at Amore for recommending Nicola to me.

I would *thoroughly* recommend The White Wardrobe to any bride. I received superb service right from the first phone call (I can't say the same about another Hitchin wedding dress shop where the staff treated me as if I were inferior to them in every way imaginable!). Nicola is knowledgeable, accommodating, honest and professional. Don't be deceived by the size of the shop, it really does have a wide selection of beautiful dresses. Great shop, ladies, well done!!

I popped into the White Wardrobe on a Saturday with my best friend who is a man. I had seen the wedding dress I had already bought elsewhere in the window. However at the time of ordering the dress, I chose a colour different from the 'try on' outfit. The White Wardrobe dress was the first time I saw the colour. Nicola was extremely welcoming in allowing us to look at the dress (knowing I had already bought it) we discussed veils and accessories. She was very honest and knowledgeable. Her customer service was excellent and relaxed not at all pushy. I went away and returned later on the same day to purchase a veil! I would whole heartedly recommend the White Wardrobe in particular Nicola for her geneuine friendly approach and expertise!

I visited Nicola at The White wardrobe in Hitchin on 3 seperate occasions whilst looking for a dress for my wedding. Nicola gave the hightest level of customer service each time. She was helpful, knew her stuff and made me feel really comfortable. The service received was attentive but in no way forceful. Nicola appreciated ow nervous I was to start with and made me feel completely at ease. I would recommend the White Wardrobe to all 5*. Plus all the dresses were lovely.

Nicola is the best! I had a dress in mind that i wanted to try when that one didnt suit Nicola brought in some others that really suited me. The shop is very small but the customer service is very big! I have now bought my dress from the WHITE WARDROBE and i am so happy with the help they gave me

I had a very bad experience at another, larger bridal shop in Hitchin,(changed my mind about a dress and was told I was only the 2nd bride in 9 years to have done that!!! Was made to feel silly and time wasting, and left with a £900 dress I dont like) Went to see Nicola at The White Wardrobe and she was like a breath of fresh air! I cannot tell you how friendly and professional she was. I went from feeling awful to feeling a million dollars. Her customer service skills are 2nd to none and her selection of dresses is fab. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. If you are geting married, make this your first stop in Hitchin :-)

Obviously choosing a wedding dress is a very emotive transaction so I wanted to buy from someone who cared even though they see hundreds of brides every year and they certainly do care.
My appointment was with Kelly who was prompt and courteous, I immediately felt relaxed. She listened to my concerns and gave great advice. She gave me the freedom to pick dresses myself as well as suggesting a few that I wouldn't have considered otherwise. Kelly knew what I wanted even though I didn't know myself. I found the perfect dress & veil and couldn't be happier. I'm also pleased to say that the after service has been just as good.
