I have been a visitor a few times and i have just joined.We are five months into our business and i have found it very helpful to meet like minded women who understands the ups and downs of running a business.I have found the group a great support on a professional level ,and also on a personal level its really nice to get together and know that all these lovely ladies,once they know me and my business ,will then be able to go and tell people about what service i can offer,knowing that they are recomending someone they can trust.In return its really nice to be able to support other businesses,as i believe in supporting local businesses in these challenging times.Not only am i networking and promoting my business ,but making great friends too!

I joined WIBN Hitchin last year and was immediately welcomed by all of the group memebers with a smile and chat - Its a really lively group, over a lovely lunch we listen and learn about all sorts of topics from accounting to twittering!
We all really support each other, I have used many of the businesses represented there and had some fantastic businees and referrals back.
Its about meeting like minded women in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere who all want to be succesfull, I would urge any women out there who are in business to come along to see for themselves!

We decided to become a "Best of Hitchin" member because we want to be part of the local business community. We see Keith wandering around town often and we know that he is on first name terms with many key people and businesses in town and we want to benefit from the "Best of Hitchins" links and relationships. We want to spend time getting to know the people who work around us and in time hope to be able to assist them and their businesses with their Insurance & Financial Services needs. The event at The Millstream was the first 'Best of' I have attended and I just wanted to say that I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was an enjoyable evening and a superb opportunity for networking at its best, relaxed, informal, friendly.....
Following from that event I now have the complete joy of working with a very talented lady whom I met that evening, she is at the start of something very exiciting.
And, that is not where it stops!
It really was a fantastic opportunity and I would thoroughly recommend Best of Hitchin events as being a good opportunity for those who are new to the idea of networking.
