Anisha and her clinic are fantastic. I am a lawyer working in the City, and Anisha visits our offices on a regular basis to fix our various aches and pains with her healing hands. I was introduced to the clinic at a time of need. I managed to trap a nerve whilst in Hitchin and was upset and in a lot of pain. Everyone who helped me said go to Woodside. When I arrived they were so kind and generous with their time and advice. When it came to deciding where to go for further treatment I didn't have to think twice. The Woodside Osteopathic Clinic is a team of highly skilled individuals who genuinely care about your health and wellbeing. I have seen both the osteopaths and the massage therapist at the clinic who work together to communicate what treatment is best for you. I work in central London and have a demanding job... Not only was I fixed within 2 sessions. I was even asked to take pictures of my work station and email them to the clinic so Anisha and her team could advise what was aggravating my problem. This is a fantastic clinic, with a team that will be honest with you and give you their time to help and ensure you don't need to see them. A quality that is rare to find... I'll be recommending them for many years to come.

I woke with severe pain in my back/chest which the dr told me to take pain pain medication for, he also recommended I visit an Osteopath. I chose Woodside due to the reviews on here so thought it only right that I leave a review. I have had two sessions with Anisha so far, third is booked in already, and would highly recommend her to everyone. I feel better every time I visit, and hope to soon feel 100% again. After my first treatment for lower back pain, I had almost instant relief and the next day I had my best day for at least 8 weeks. The second day was also very good, it was great to be free of pain.

Four weeks before the date of my first ever marathon (at the age of
52) my left knee gave way towards the end of a half marathon which I had incorporated into my preparation.
The pain was such that I genuinely thought any chance of competing in the marathon had disappeared.
However, only three sessions with Chris allowed me to keep on training and by the time the big day came around the knee was pain free and I completed the full distance in a quicker time than I had hoped for.

After suffering months of back, shoulder and leg pain and lots of pills, a friend recommended Anisha. I have never used an osteopath and did not know what to expect. I am astonished that after only two sessions with Anisha, the pain in my lower back has disappeared. I have suffered on and off for years but in this last bout I have had eight months of alternating acute pack pain or a chronic dibilitating nagging ache. A recent gruelling day out at a theme bar with two of my 6 year old grandchildren proved the point - watch out kids, granny is back!

Anisha is a genius! I came to the clinic with chronic lower back pain and intermittently acute hip pain, thinking I would hip replacement as a previous Osteopath had not been able to diagnose the problem a year earlier. Anisha quickly noticed that my pelvis was out of alignment - what I experienced as 'feeling wonky'. After several treatments the hip pain went completely and the back ache reduced significantly. I now feel that I have a foundation on which to build my strength and fitness. Thank you!
