I can't praise Anisha enough for her warmth, friendliness, humour and thorough professionalism. I came to the clinic with acute lower back problems and Anisha's osteopathic skills have brought me tremendous physical relief after only two sessions. If you've any kind of back or shoulder problems I particularly urge you to put yourself in Anisha's capable hands. This was my first visit to the Woodside Clinic. It won't be my last! Highly recommended.

I've been in pain with my knee and my arm for about a year then went to see Woodside Osteopath in Hitchin. After 1st session my pain completely went away. It was amazing after suffering for so long. I do Thai Boxing, weighlifting, zumba so it was nice for my pain to disappear. Some and see Anisha, she's great :)

Having come to Woodside for treatment on a bad neck and shoulder I was assessed and treated holistically for a compressed and twisted spin. Pain I had been 'putting up with' for years eased and self confidence and posture grew! I am ensuring my children take care of their backs now.

I came into see you on Tuesday evening (6.30pm)as I was suffering with back pains. I just wanted to let you know that although experiencing some aching following the session (as you predicted), from Wednesday onwards the pain has completely gone and I’m feeling great! Thanks so much. I really feel like I’ll be able to enjoy the last few weeks of my pregnancy and be able to make the most of getting out and about! I have been going to the woodside clinic for a long time now & was a wee bit nervous when i heard that new people were taking over the practice, & of somebody new manipulating my back. my fears were quickly quashed after my first session with Anisha, she has brilliant hands & an amazing way of putting you at ease while manipulating my muscles & back, I would recommend Anisha & Chris to anybody that has a back or any other kind of joint or muscular problem.

I have fibromyalgia and am following a protocol from the States. I regularly need to be 'mapped' to check my progress. This technique isn't commonly known about and needs particular skills. It was suggested I visit Anisha from another sufferer as she is a patient. Anisha's map was thorough and tied in with my pain completely. I even didn't mind being in my underwear as she put me at my ease! I have booked for another visit in July. Even the ten mile round trip hasn't put me off - well worth it. Thanks Anisha

I went to the practice suffering from acute pain from neck and shoulder tension. Prior to beginning treatment Chris really made an effort to find out exactly how my problem started and how my lifestyle was contributing to it. This happened to be long hours working at a computer
After the first session I was able to stop taking the strong painkillers prescribed by my doctor. This was a huge relief. The stretches Chris taught me have also helped prevent the problem reoccurring.
I would recommend the clinic for there attentive staff and brilliant results.

I saw Chris a few months ago, I went from being in extreme pain to pain free in a matter of two weeks, Chris not only gave me great treatment but a set of exercises that I have continued to do since which means I have continued to be free from pain since.

Following referrals from several colleagues, I have been receiving treatment for Sciatica at the Woodside Clinic. Within a couple of sessions I was mobile and nearly pain free, reducing the use of pain killers to an absolute minimum. Even my GP had heard good things about Woodside and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody!
