Matthew is the nicest therapist that I have ever met. He really took an interest in my individual case, and attended to my specific needs, rather than just presenting a generalised weight loss package. He did a combination of weight control and alcohol control and I managed to start to drink less wine. I managed to lose 2.5 stone. I recommend his style and personality.
