Great hotel and spa. Dining experience and staff are brilliant. Food is excellent. Only downside is the close proximity to the A14 with noisy traffic but all rooms are triple insulated and air conditioned so it's not really a problem. Some of the corridors and general decorating now needs some upgrading and tlc. Parking is free and plentiful.

Absolutely wonderful. Lovely spa treatments, tasters as well as full treatments. Pool area with sauna. Beautiful rooms and hallway. Beautiful set dining area and breakfast area. Variety of 3 course meals to choose from as well as breakfast menu. Lots of parking spaces. Helpful and friendly staff. Nearby petrol stations and supermarkets. Love to go again.

very nice. minimal issues when checking in. the spa is very nice, even though i think there was a bit too much chlorine in it? showers are nice. when the hot chocolate machine works, it works damn well. some of the best hot chocolate ive ever had tbh. the food for both breakfast and dinner (didnt go to a lunch one but i guarantee its good) is also very good. i attended a wedding there a few years back, and that was good. rooms are nice, with big tvs, but the matresses were bit hard, but that can be easily forgiven since they had to rush putting it together since a slight change of plans for our booking occured. still, really good. nice hotel. if you're in the area, its brilliant, really good location. theres a lot of cool stuff within driving distance. zetta good staff. nice.

My new wife and I got married here and it was fantastic. Steph and Leanne did an amazing job in accommodating our every need. Couldn't recommend the team enough. Thank you again for helping us make the day run so smoothly. J&E

Have just enjoyed an evening having drinks in the bar with friends. We were served by Jake, who had wonderful manner and was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Would definately recommend.

The staff we encountered at the hotel were friendly, yet we reckoned there might be some room to be improved in the communication part.
For instance, I emailed the hotel 4 days before our stay and asked to book our breakfasts and dinner , which I got a confirmation email on the same day, in which also agreed that I could book the spa later. However, the next morning I received an email from another staff, asking what time I'd like to book for the spa, which I replied to as well. Nevertheless, the third day I received another email from the third staff, asking me what time I'd like to book for my breakfasts, dinner and the spa.
Another instance would be that we paid for a package on Spa Breaks website and were told at check-in that £30pp allowance towards dinner was included in our package, but when we were about to pay for the dinner, we had to inform the staff of it even though we made the reservation for dinner and the information should have been passed on.

Enjoyed my birthday treat spa day with afternoon tea friendly staff. Hotel beautiful but don't leave drinks at pool side as saw several flys drinking from hot choclates that were then being drunk after.

Lovely hotel. Stayed for 2 nights with the family. All staff were very polite and courteous. Nice room and facilities. Good pool, jacuzzi and steam rooms. Worth a visit.

It's lovely to sit down to write something positive, so here goes... We had a wonderful stay at KPH&Spa. All the staff were helpful, pleasant and sometimes just downright wonderful. The rooms (both, more later) were clean and comfortable. The manager went out of her way to help us solve a doggie issue by finding us a doggie room for our second room. Our dog LOVED staying at the hotel, the room, the dog bed, the doggie towel, welcome note, doggie bags and especially the specially baked biscuit (more of those please), were all amazing surprises. A thank you to the man who stopped hoovering as we passed by on our way back from a 3am doggie outing, and then went out of his way to say hello. Another thank you to the bar staff who kindly helped us heat the doggie pad. The spa was relaxing (what more do you need), the hot tub - fabulous, the pool very nice, the sauna and steam room smelt wonderful. Yes, no doubt about it, we will return soon.

A very relaxing over night stay in a very nice Hotel, where the staff in all area's were very helpful, polite and very smart.
The food was very good and the Spa very clean and tidy with a very relaxed atmosphere, which you could continue outside in the garden using the loungers provided and drinks brought to your side. Thank you and we would go back.

The rooms are lovely and very cosy, makes you feel like home.
There have been mixed emotions in terms of how I felt about the place. Some bad experiences, but the good ones were definitely making me forget about the bad.
Staff are very friendly and polite, hotel is clean and nicely managed. Food is OK but can be better for the prices. My all time fav was the Beef Burger, beautiful cooked and rich in flavour.
The back garden is well presented and the best place to relax after a hard day of work.
Internet is not he fastest and your phone signal sometimes can be low...so don't expect to watch 4K movies on Netflix without buffering
Overall result; I would come back, but not for long stays.

Lovely twilight spa experience. Plenty of time allowed to use the facilities while enjoying a poolside drink. The spa treatments themselves were relaxing and all staff were so friendly.

What a lovely Hotel. The staff were so friendly and attentive (even with social distancing). The hotel was very clean and the rooms were amazing. Loved the spa and treatments we had. The most amazing back massage. Food was scrumptious and waiting staff very helpful. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough, an amazing find and we will be booking a return visit in the winter.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was lovely and very clean. All of the staff were super friendly and went well out of their way for us, particularly at the pool and the restaurant. The food was stunning, all of the restaurant staff worked so hard to get everything we needed, particularly to meet my dietary requirements (was very pleasantly surprised by the amount of gluten free options too). On the last day we got massages and then had a wander through the beautiful grounds which left us feeling completely relaxed. Worth every penny and would absolutely come back.

Really nice hotel, though the area was a little quiet unless you got a taxi to the neighboring towns. We were disappointed that we were not able to book any spa time, or able to book any treatments, though appreciate this is not the fault of the hotel, during a time of additional restrictions. Would recommend that anyone planning on travelling make sure to book in spa time two weeks ahead of their trip. The restaurant food was very good, and the continental breakfast was lovely.

Fantastic place with fantastic staff. Rooms are clean and luxurious, breakfast was to die for. My partner and I certainly didnt require much else to eat for the rest of the day. We will certainly be coming back again.soon.
