We visited the Woolpack last Sunday and really enjoyed ourselves. Firstly, as a family of 2 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs, we were made to feel very welcome in the bar area. We had a coffee each to warm up and decided to book a table in for lunch. After dropping the dogs off at home, we returned and sat in the restaurant. Adults had a roast chicken and pork, child had sausage chips and beans. The food was lovely, especially the chicken which was cooked to perfection.
It was a really enjoyable visit and we will be back for sure.

Track and trace in place and plenty of hand sanitizer stations. Staff very helpfull and the food was delicious. Not badly priced either.

A birthday meal, 3 meals wrong, but all the others were okay. Chips weren't brilliant they were very dry. Service was good during the tough time, order corrected well.

Stopped for a coffee during a cycle ride. Good coffee and friendly service. Still odd to be served by people outside wearing masks!

Really impressed with the quality of the food and the level of service was excellent as well. They had also put a lot of thought behind putting the necessary social distancing measures in place in particular the screens between the tables which did not look out of place at all.
