The Woolpack always seems to deliver a good meal at a good price. They also handle my wife’s food allergies really well, which is hard to find in a lot of restaurants.

Popped in on a long journey back to the north. Staff were friendly and food was great.
We stayed in the bar had steak, which was excellent.

Hiya we had family from America staying with us. We went to the woolpack for lunch and 4 of us all had something different to eat we all enjoyed hour meal and would recommend the woolpack Inn they also have good beers and wines too or you can have a cup of tea or coffee they have a outside area that is fenced of too so your children can not run on the road.
