When we first got Monty (10/12 weeks old) from Wolfwood, he was so frightened he wouldn't come out from under the kitchen table! He had come through the stray system so goodness knows what he had endured in his short life up to that point. He is now 9 months old and unrecognisable as the same dog, apart from his very cheeky face! He is gorgeous, fun, entertaining and frequently in trouble, we love him to bits!! Stephen and Kirsty are so knowledgeable and have given us advice and support all the way, everyone at the rescue works so hard for the benefit of all the animals. If you want a dog, or need help or advice with wildlife, Wolfwood is the first port of call.

The care taken with the wildlife casualties cannot be faulted.Numerous tiny birds are hand fed every 2-3 hours during daylight hours, as well as caring for endless other casualties. True dedication throughout the long summer days;but the survival rate is high. Didn't realise that babysitting Stephen and Amy's children included feeding these tiny casualties with a syringe at regular intervals.Think it was a hidden clause in Gran's job description!

We got our super Staffie from Wolfwood about 2 years ago. Although we traveled a long way on 2 occasions before she was allowed home with us, it was worth it. We wouldn't be without her. On behalf of Julie Beard

Stephen is very dedicated to all his animals, he makes sure that the right dogs goes to the right people, he doesn't have much spare time. He has loved animals all his life. From Mary Watson (his Gran)

The Wolfwood shop has very friendly staff and a fast turnaround of quality stock. Stephen at the kennels is very knowledgeable and works hard to match up the dogs with the most suitable new owners, he is passionate about giving all animals the best life possible. Wolfwood is a fantastic charity and deserves every support.
