Lovely cathedral, went to see a George Michael tribute act by candlelight , they were okay. Very echoey and cold and toilets were outside and not much in the way of candlelight. Fun evening out with some very good friends šŸ˜Š

Great building steeped in history. Super friendly assistance. I like the option of a real voluntary donation, rather than demanding a set amount. Because of that we did enter, unlike our visits to Canterbury and York. Of course, we also donated far more than demanded at either Canterbury or York as we were given a free rein, and Lichfield deserves the funds for trusting their visitors.

We went on a visit to the cathedral with our local Squirrel Scouts troop who are aged 4-6 years old. Our amazing tour guide David gave us a tailored tour perfect for our squirrels age range and kept all the amazing information and key features of the cathedral to the interests of our squirrels.

An amazing trip by all. Would 100% recommend for our youth groups and scouts to attend.

We took a cathedral highlights tour led by Graham. He was extremely knowledgeable and we learnt so much. Extremely good value at Ā£10.

Iā€™m no scholar but for sheer grandiose accomplishment that you can see touch smell and experience visit Lichfield Cathedral.
I Visited with a dear friend, although I admit Iā€™m very late writing a review better late than never. A day well spent indeed; Lichfield Cathedralā€¦ a beautiful place to see, to walk around and go inside. The awe inspiring architecture and absolute splendour is breathtaking. Even if you arenā€™t a religious person I would recommend going and seeing something so wonderfully realised and constructed it could almost make non believers convert! That men; many hundreds of years ago built such wonders to last to the present time and beyond is (pardon the pun) of biblical proportions.šŸ˜³ So go and look šŸ‘€ at the place, you wonā€™t be disappointed in seeing what mankind can achieve.šŸ‘
Plenty of car parks within a brief walking distance of the Cathedral and an all round nice place to visit for leisure and shopping.
Beautiful šŸ˜

Spectacular and breath-takingly beautiful! I was in awe of such rich history, and deep spiritual feeling I got from the Lichfield Cathedral! We visited for the "100 year Celebration of WW1", with the laser light show and grand exhibits. So very moving to be a part of this wonderful show. This was the highlight of my first trip to Lichfield, England with my husband in his hometown, to honor his grandfather who served in WW1. My favorite place in Lichfield! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! God Bless!
