A lovely, majestic place. There was a service on at the time of visiting, so had to be quite. Lovely stained glass windows; intricate architecture. Very peaceful for such a large and magnificent place. Would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful Cathedral with lovely helpful staff/volunteers. Pam who was our wonderful tour guide, explained the historical and religious relevance of the Cathedral.
Steeped in fascinating history, and a great spiritual pilgrimage attraction.

Great cathedral and well maintained - even more impressive that this is free to go in and look around and even has a free guided tour twice a day, so all run with donations.

Beautiful three spire cathedral. It dominates Lichfield and the surrounding area. The 'ladies of the vale" can be seen from quite a distance as you come into the town.

Nice welcome at the desk, given a leaflet and were able to walk around without being interrupted by eager volunteers.

The architecture is wonderful; not too ostentatious but striking enough to impress.

The Chapter House was a particular highlight with an exhibition including the Lichfield Angel and the St Chad Gospels were on display; exquisite.

Entrance is free but donations welcome. We donated £10 and bought a large guide for £12 plus some cards from the shop inside the cathedral.

Amazing architecture, ideal setting for light, sound and vision events. Lying size by side on the floor gazing up at the galaxy, great memory. So good to have religion embracing the real world.

Wonderful Christmas Illuminations which exceeded previous years due to the improvement in organisation. More time slots but fewer people in each slot meant that the evening was very relaxed and more time could be spent enjoying the event. Looking forward to next year.
