The western front of Lichfield Cathedral is a true sight to behold and should be seen by all visitors to The Midlands. The statues are amazing and well preserved and just beg to be photographed as I hope you can tell.

For a small cathedral it's a place to reflect and be at ease as you look around. It nice your left to wonder without intrusion.

Beautiful cathedral. The central space of this enormous cathedral was without pews but covered with a huge photo of the moon's surface. Theme: what does the moon landing mean for your faith.
Furthermore, a beautiful church with beautiful statues, beautiful stained glass windows in a part that was not bombed in WWII, etc. I don't have any photos of this church at the moment, only of the view from the house of Darwin's grandfather

A beautiful place to visit. Iconic to the landscape of Lichfield, there are plenty of events throughout the year if you do not visit to "just visit a cathedral"

The only surviving Medieval three spired Cathedral in England. A beautiful Cathedral situated next to Minster and Stowe pool. Great to visit to connect with the past and also conducive for contemplation and reflection. I've been visiting this Cathedral on a regular basis ever since I was a young lad and still find something new to enjoy and appreciate with each visit.
