We are new to the area and this was our first time at the Garrick. What a wonderful warm welcome from the members of staff. The whole place, being very bijou, has a great feeling about it and you feel close to the stage and the action. Local theatres are a great part of any community and the Garrick provides an excellent service to the city. Access is very good to those of us that have creaky old bones and the seats comfortable too. Things to be considered as we get older.

Visited here for the Christmas Panto, what can I say but great, couple of bars and friendly staff. Not the biggest of Theatre's but it still provides a cosy comfortable atmosphere, lots of different acts on throughout the year so plenty of choice. Whether you go as a couple or as a family its a great night out. Oh and the multi story car park behind the Theatre is free parking after 18.30hrs so no excuses.

Our first visit to the Garrick Theatre was an absolutely magical experience. What an incredibly talented group of actors and actresses. The show was out of this world and both myself and my five year old daughter could not stop laughing. We have already booked again for this years panto-Dick Whittington. Cant wait!!!!

Been before and already booked for next years pantomime. Family entertainment for grandparents, parents, a 13 year old, 9 year old and 6 year old, Everyone in all age groups enjoyed it and so much more affordable than the big cities,

Fantastic start to New Year fifth year taking granddaughter and best yet. Brilliant cast and props were amazing.

We really enjoyed last year's pantomime and this was another excellent production which was thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family.

This was our third time at the garrick for the Christmas panto and it didn’t disappoint!
With the addition of a few new cast members it just gets better each year!
We all loved the slapstick comedy so funny!

I witnessed perfection last night at the Litchfield cathedral. The under 19yr old performed Les Miserable. Absolute joy to watch. Amazing performance.

Fantastic theatre, not too big so have a great view wherever you sit. Nice cafe for lunch and plenty of selection at the bar. Always clean. Story with Rory on a Wednesday morning is highly recommended for toddlers.

Brilliant evening watching Jasper Carrott, but the Garrick definitely need 2 people serving in the bars early evening when there is a show on, queues forming. Other than that brilliant.
