We had an emergency with our new puppy and we were seen within 30 minutes of calling. We then returned for a routine appointment the following week. On both occasions the service we received was excellent. I would highly recommend.

Just a quick note to say a heartfelt thank you for the amazing care you took of my dog Saffy and I today when sadly, Saffy needed to be put to sleep. Despite being frantically busy and me not being registered with you, you arranged to see us straightaway and were very kind and considerate. Thanks especially to both receptionists who I spoke to on the phone and the young lady vet who handled Saffys final moments and reassured me throughout that we were doing the right thing. Thanks for making my final memories of Saff so lovely, Mal Beattie.

My little boy had an abscess that burst on the night, the emergency vet sorted him out straight away. I can't recommend these enough!! Fantastic service all around.

Absolutely amazing staff, couldn't be friendlier and made our dog feel completely comfortable leaving us and going in alone. Especially Hannah who is a credit to her profession.

After rehoming an older dog the vets at Pool House made me confident she was getting the best care.

Fantastic customer service once again. Always comforting and reassuring in any circumstances.
Not always the best situation when me and my wife have made an appearance there with one of the many animals we have, but we are always are made to feel at ease and with the sound knowledge that our beloved pets are in the best possible care.
