The team at Poolhouse are outstanding and professional - from the reception staff to the veterinary surgeons! Our pony has recently has a big lymphoma removed and the service received has been amazing - so professional, the communication has been excellent!!!! Never had a bad experience with either the office staff, nurses or vets at Pool House. We’ve been using them for well over 15 years and would recommend them to friends and family.

Dog had a vaccination. Good covid control measures in place. Vet was very good with our dog who can be quite nervous.

Very helpful and friendly staff, found a lost cat in my area and took it straight to them. Were able to check for a microchip and were done in minutes!
