Pool House vets offer exemplary service time and time again, I have used them for over 30 years and at every branch all of the staff can't do enough to help. They are brilliant, compassionate, always available in an emergency and highly professional at all times. We have several dogs and often take foster dogs, plus we have run a large dog walking business for over 10 years, and it's a great comfort to know such an amazing practice is there for us.

A great team of veterinary nurses, physios, vets, receptionists. They all worked together to provide the best possible care for our dog and all genuinely cared. Appointments were created to provide the care needed for our dog even when there weren’t any They all work above and beyond

I have been a client of Pool House for over 40 years and with 5+ dogs. The vets are exceptional , giving expert advice and treatment. The nurses and reception staff are vey compassionate, caring and pleasant. It's actually a pleasure to go there! 5 stars? not enough!!

I have taken my pets to Pool House for 16 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The vets, nurses and receptionists are all brilliant. Always caring, helpful and nothing is to much trouble. 24/7 service is amazing and reassuring to know someone is there for advice or help.

You can always get an appointment and it has some amazing vets, nurses and receptionists.
Its open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year is a comfort knowing they are always there when I should need them.
I also have used the Hydrotherapy Unit based at the hospital and is such a wonderful facility to have on their premises and is run by there very own specialist nurses.

Always very helpful vets, nurse and the receptionist. Usually take my cat to mere green but have been to lichfield too. I always come away with a better understanding of what is going on with my cat. Would recommend them to anyone. Also there own out of hours is a bonus too.

It is really worrying when your pet is poorly, they're party of your family and you'll do anything to make them well. Pool House make you feel they care as much as you do and are supportive caring and give you complete confidence in their ability and knowledge. Would recommend to anyone.

Pool house have always been amazing with all of our animals. Recently my girl dog has had problems with her ears. I took her in and Sophie did a thorough check on her. She wanted to see her again after a week to see whether her symptoms had gone with the medication prescribed. After a short period of time the symptoms had gone but returned after a few weeks. I took her back where Sophie attempted to check again but due to how inflamed they were they couldn’t be checked thoroughly. Sophie recommended for her to be sedated to check further and take a biopsy. She returned the next day and was sedated, but due to her discomfort even then they gave her further sedation and checked thoroughly. I was kept informed throughout and Sophie got medication made up so it would fight the type of infection she had. Since this I’ve had no further problems but I know where to go if I do. I will always use pool house and have done since my dog was a puppy and experienced gastroenteritis. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
