We have used pool house vets for 13 years, after adopting our Staffordshire rescue puppy at 7 months old.Unfortunately soon after we had him, we found him having a epileptic fit, and rushed him to pool house, who were then in the centre of Lichfield. Over the years they have been amazing- from just talking to us calmly over the phone in the early hours of the morning when he was having a fit to our heartbreaking decision in May to let him go to sleep peacefully at nearly 14. Their kindness and compassion has been amazing....Thank you to them all.

I am the sole owner of a 12 year old terrier who has been quite ill throughout her life. Since I changed to Pool House Vets some 8 years ago my dog, and I, have received the best attention. We are always met with kindness and help - she is still with me. In the last six weeks I have had two occasions to ring for reassurance after hours, again to be met with courtesy and helpful advice, but then all the staff I have met there are the same - pleasant, obliging and positive
