We are really pleased with our Karndean flooring from Tatlow for the whole of our downstairs. Unfortunately we did run into some issues (nobody’s fault just unfortunate) and I cannot thank Tom enough for how hard he worked to get our floor finished. Tatlow are professional, on time and explain every step to you. I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

Tatlow Carpets recently laid flooring in my conservatory. I had used them previously when they provided and laid carpet in the rest of the house.
Once again they did an excellent job. From having to choose the flooring to it's fitting, the team were professional, helpful and provided an excemplary service.

Tatlow Carpets installed Karndean flooring throughout my new house. Right from the beginning I knew I was in good hands. David came straight away to measure up and gave me excellent advice throughout. I always felt like he was trying to get the best value LVT flooring for me. I never felt like I was being given the hard sell. The quote came really quickly, when there was a supply problem Tom was excellent in helping me choose an alternative. When the time came to do the work they were very professional and left everything very tidy with excellent results (that are not very well captured in the photographs). Couldn't be happier and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I used Tatlow Carpets 5 years ago to lay quickstep laminate flooring in the lounge and was very impressed with the advice and overall levels of service. Because of the great experience previously, I've just used them again to lay a tricky striped carpet, on the landing and stairs. Absolutely blown away by the detail that the fitter went to, to ensure continuity of the stripes, in doorways and down the stairs. Brilliant job, well done guys and I will happily use again 👏👏

OUR LARGE KITCHEN FLOOR WITH CLICK TILES WAS A RIGHT SHAMBLES AND ONLY LASTED A SHORT TIME. SO DECIDED TO TAKE IT ON THE CHIN AND GET TATLOW CARPETS IN TO DO A PROPER JOB.THEY PREPARED THE FLOOR AND FITTED NEW TILES FOR ME. IT TOOK THEM 1 WEEK TO COMPLETE THE JOB, THAT'S HOW BAD THE PREPARATION WAS BEFORE.THEY ARE SO PROFESSIONAL THAT I WILL HAVE THEM BACK TO DO OTHER ROOMS WITH CARPETS ETC.THEIR FAMILY ARE WONDERFUL.
