We had our stairs and landing underlay, carpet and thresholds replaced and new hallway mat fitted. Great service from initial enquiry with Tom, who attended the house to measure up whilst always maintaining social distancing to the excellent selection of quality carpets on offer. Honest, efficient and perfectly complimented by Brian who fitted the carpet with excellent workmanship and a friendly approach. First class and local company who have trumped the larger outlets with better service, a better quality product and more competitive quotation. Highly recommended.

Tom came out to measure up and the quote arrived soon after. After accepting the quote Brian came out to fit and did an excellent job to a very high standard. After the problems with Coronavirus, we anticipated problems choosing and getting our new carpet laid. We were delighted with Tatlows, we went through sample books in a secure environment, had the room measured within the week and the carpet laid two weeks after that. All their staff were very professional, very helpful and very friendly, couldn't have asked for better. Thoroughly recommend their services.
