Wonderful place to visit. The main memorial is spectacular. You need all day to see everything but the ride on the visitors' train is very informative and an easy way of seeing different areas, particularly for those with mobility issues. Every time I go they seem to have added something new.

Very peaceful and quite emotional place to visit. Somewhere everyone should visit not to forget those who have given their lives for their country. Beautifully looked after. Huge amount to see so several visits needed.

Visited NMA for a memorial service.

Staff were friendly and welcoming and ensuring everyone had a pleasant visit.

It's an absolutely beautiful place to walk round, so peaceful with nothing but the sound of birds tweeting. So many different memorials to visit

Gorgeous cafe on site, very reasonably priced

This place is one of those must visit places. Very well presented and maintained and respectfully set out memorials in a very large site. More than one day needed to see the whole place and I will be returning again.

A very special place to visit, especially when considering that it is somewhere, where people can respect the lives lost, from every corner of the world, in the name of freedom. We were impressed and humbled by the number of people and organisations represented. We will visit again, as after just a little over an hour, we hadn't covered everything, including the area representing some of my family.

It's a place not to miss. Sobering, educational, emotive. Especially moving to those who have lost someone in the service of their country.

Wow...what a fantastic day. Well worth a visit but be prepared to make sure you allow most of your day as there is so much to look at and absorb. Humbled to say the least.

A worthy visit!
Super place, good parking facilities reasonable cost ( we pre booked)
COVID friendly. Suitable for those to enjoy who may not be as fit to do the walking.
The walking was wonderful, lots of places to sit and reflect the wonders of this place
and those remembered. Even if you don’t know somebody ‘personally’ you can’t
help but acknowledge and appreciate this wonderful place, facilities etc
Cafe worthy of mention… looked and tasted beautifully presented Fayre, reasonably priced
Spotlessly clean, staff friendly. Toilets spotless ..top marks! So many volunteer staff..
Admirable …THANK YOU. We will return to appreciate the colours of Autumn.

We had been meaning to visit for some time and finally made it this summer. Set aside plenty of time (3hrs+), there is so some much to taken in. The main memorial is really moving with very thought provoking statues but there are so many other places on the 150 acre site equally worthy of visiting. It is very well organised, pre booking cars a must but the rest is simple. Very good facilities for all ages and mobilities. If I had a criticism - the Gulf War memorial garden needs a lot of its trees replacing. If you need a rest mid visit, the cafeteria is very good and also caters well for groups. I thoroughly recommend this as a 'must visit' venue for all ages.

We had a private tour for 4, and I couldn't recommend it enough. Apart from being ferried around on a buggy, and having a breakfast bap, our guide (Jane) was brilliant and as is always the case with good guides had a wealth of information explaining so much of the symbolism of the memorials that would have passed us by otherwise. In addition sharing her personal experiences made our (second) visit really interesting.

It is just a really great place.

I cannot recommend the National Memorial Arboretum highly enough!

We have visited many many times with our young family even through the pandemic.

The staff are always friendly and willing to help with lots of facts and directions.

The grounds are beautifully kept and it’s so lovely and quiet here.

Already looking forward to planning our next visit.

Amazing place , it’s £4 too park ur car and the place is free too visit , we were there 3.1/2 hours and didn’t see everything ….. it’s a respectful . Peaceful …. Green space where u are free too wander and sit too rest and take in the memorials and statues/plaques too respect the bravery of those who have served their county.

It was a beautiful sunny day which made it a great day too wander and admire and enjoy the peaceful , tranquil but poignant memorial

We weren’t sure what too expect but this was well worth a visit and we would recommend everyone too visit and take a moment too reflect.

Other points… staff were helpful and friendly in reception area. Gift shop lovely and reasonably priced. Hubby purchased a piece of bronze art with is a 1/50 and only commissioned for the arboretum so he was very happy
Cafe we had a coffee and it was v nice however it’s a little chaotic with counters and tills everywhere so either signage or staff that speak might help

All in all a fantastic place too visit and would recommend too everyone

Have visited the NMA four or five times now and it just gets better and better the staff and volunteers do such a wonderful job. Every time we have visited there is always a new memorial to go to, this time it was the police memorial which is very impressive
