Although this is a place of remembrance, it is an amazing place. Beautiful and calming whilst being poignant and definitely thought provoking and emotional at times. It is a place I will certainly return to and enjoy again.

If you are in the vicinity this is a lovely place to visit. A tranquil and peaceful place to be.
There are a couple of shops, a coffee house and a restaurant as well as a Memorial Chapel. The grounds staff work hard to keep this ever growing place immaculate. Visitors who require disabled access are well catered for, with buggies and a small train to take you around the site. Enjoy

Great for a walk. Always something to catch your attention, wildlife, changing leaf colour, memorial services , events and exhibitions.
Not forgetting the growing number of memorial statues and the stories of those who have given their all in service to this country.
Some will make you cry. Others make you proud.
This is a wonderful and appropriate place for all to see and give thanks to those who should never be forgotten.

Beautiful setting, good facilities but a little confusing. Quite an expansive site, with lots of memorials and can be tricky to navigate at times even with a map. Definitely worth a visit.

Very moving place. Very well thought out. The exhibits were perfect. I came away only having done half of it in a day.

Well worth a visit. No worries if walking is difficult. There are numerous methods of getting around, from hiring wheelchairs, scooters etc. to the many little buses driven by volunteers. The best is a wonderful 'train's journey around the entire park, and costs £6.
Apart from the walls of names of the fallen during the wars, there is a large restaurant covering all tastes, a shop and on special occasions many stalls of various types, e.g.. coffee, ice cream, souvenirs etc.
