This place has evolved into a marvellous celebration and remembrance of the armed forces, emergency services and numerous civilian organisations. A great place for all ages to visit and learn. This is set to become the tourist flagship of the Midlands.

A vast, wide-open green space, created to commemorate our fallen in all wars. Areas set aside for commemorative tree planting, and many sculptures, statues, and monuments to different regiments, groups, organisations, and induvuduals who gave their lives to secure liberty for us all from invasion and attack.

Amazing place done rttw there, looking forward to tomorrow which is the tenth anniversary of “ride to the wall” 2017, they do our armed forces proud and all services memorialised there. The place has a majesty with all the monuments, and while you walk around it’s hard not to notice it’s beauty, but then you stop and read a plaque and the words and reality of why such a place exists hits home. It’s a place our country can be proud of.

Definitely a full day out. Peaceful and good walkways.
Land-train is a good option to take a view round.
WW1 trench is good hands on for kiddies - the volunteers/staff taking part really are brilliant.
Toilets (portaloo) are situated around the grounds.
Cafe was a bit pricey for breakfast - but we do have 2 teen boys!
Shop is ok.

Fantastic place to visit if you're interested in armed forces history and remembrance.
Very modern facilities with a couple of cafés.
No charge for entry, but there is a £3 car park fee. Donations are also accepted for the upkeep of the Arboretum, which most people gave to.
Guided tours are available, using golf style carts if needed, there are also a couple of road trains with automatic commentary.
It's quite a large area and could be seen in one day but we did two separate morning visits.
