Finally found a plumber we can trust!! Having spent an evening trawling the internet to find a plumber with some decent testimonials, we stumbled across E.C.A. and we are so glad we gave them a call. Originally all we wanted was a replacement timer for our old boiler but on the day Eddie was due to come and give us a quote, the actual boiler broke down (it must have known)! Eddie arrived and spent a whole hour trying to fix it before admitting defeat (the boiler was almost 20 years old). He didn't charge us for his time and spent the time explaining the options available to us. Within days, we received a very fair quote from Karen for a replacement boiler and the costs were clearly explained. A week later the work has been completed. Eddie arrived on time, was extremely polite (as was his colleague Tony) and worked hard throughout the day and early evening to complete the work. Couldn't think any more highly of him or E.C.A ...
