Our family pets have been treated by the team at pool house for over 35 years now. In that time I've honestly only had two cross words with vets and one 'sharp' encounter with a receptionist. I probably had the vet run-in coming, and everyone on the reception desk can have a bad day.... I've heard and seen them have to deal with very difficult situations, while having abuse hurled at them. Having worked in the dog boarding sector for over 25 years; I KNOW that the first priority is the care of the animal....ALWAYS. Things go wrong sometimes, but those who have spent years training to become Vets, or Vet nurses do so for the love of animals.. Ive recently had to take 2 of my pets in, one of them as an emergency - and the staff could not have been kinder. Both are feeling much better now! I know waiting in your car to get your turn is not the best, especially when you are worried about your pets, but it is done for EVERYONE'S safety so deal with it! I love my pets , and would not trust anyone else to take care of them.
